Reviews: Speyside Whisky Trail 1-Day Tour from Aberdeen

We had a fantastic experience! Allan was a delight - very knowledgeable and friendly, and he got us around to so many fantastic stops in a timely, enjoyable manner. This was our first time doing a Rabbies tour but we would definitely do another based on this experience. Excellent value for money, we saw a lot of places and learned so much about whiskey and Scotland - it was a lovely pacing of drams, walks, stories and fun throughout the day!

We had an amazing day on this tour, soaking up the views and the knowledge of our driver-guide, Shea. She had a wonderful, slightly chaotic energy to her that really helped forge a familiar bond in the group on the bus, and everyone ended up mingling thanks to her, which made the experience even more enjoyable. She had a lot to tell us on the way, about the history of the country, her home region which we drove through, and she was very funny and sweet. She had great recommendations at the pit stops. The views were gorgeous, both on and off the comfortable minibus, and the short woodlands walk was still quite accessible (we had elderly people in the group, I have chronic pain and we all made it just fine). The whisky tasting and the distillery tour at the end of the day was really nice, and we were well taken care of by the staff there too. We definitely recommend this tour, this company, and if your driver-guide is Shea, then you'll know you struck gold.
