It's a really fun experience! A bus takes you there and back, and then you get an introduction to Sami culture, reindeer feeding, reindeer sledding, and other activities. It's very interesting!★

The booking process was very straightforward and I pre booked a hot drink and pastry. The boat was lovely and warm inside. There was a seat for everyone. Toilets on board. You can go out on deck at anytime. It took 4 hours to get to Skjervoy and I lost hope when we got to the area as there was nothing but water. Then the boat stopped and engine turned off so we knew that there was something there. It was announced that there were Orcas outside. We all went outside and we got to see them. There were around 7/8 Orcas and there was 2 humpback whales. It was just breathtaking to see. The boat trip was a little bumpy on the way down you may need sea sickness tablets. The toilets were very clean on board. The staff were brilliant on board and there was a couple of presentations where they tell you all about the area and about the whales. It was very interesting. We paid 150 GBP per person for the trip but it was worth it. The scenery was also beautiful. I would highly recommend this trip. FANTASTICTrip.com Picks
