When traveling without wanting to plan ahead but still wanting to see the sights, signing up for a day tour is a hassle-free option. Based on Ctrip's reputation for reliable quality, I chose their day tour this time, and it was excellent. Our tour leader, Ms. Jiang, was incredibly helpful, from informing us of the meeting point before departure to providing directions at the end. She patiently explained each attraction, and I learned a great deal from her. A huge thank you to Ms. Jiang for treating us to delicious pudding at her own expense! My trip to Osaka was wonderful, and these memories will stay with me for a long time!★

The tour is good!!! But a bit rush due to many destinations. Our tour guide (Lully) is great!!! Her time planning and food recommendations are excellent. She able to talk and explain in multiple languages too!!! Take note that most of the places in Kyoto are overcrowded.★

It was a wonderful trip! I fed the deer in Nara Park, enjoyed a matcha parfait from a century-old shop in Uji, and saw the Senbon Torii (thousands of torii gates) in Kyoto. A special thank you to our guide, Hugo, who was incredibly dedicated and responsible, providing excellent explanations and detailed addresses for all the attractions and restaurants. He's fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, and as a fellow countryman, I felt a strong connection with him. We chatted a lot along the way, gaining a deeper understanding of each other's origins. 😊★

This Nara + Uji day trip was a fantastic experience! The itinerary was well-planned, with a relaxed yet fulfilling pace.
A special thank you to our guide, Yurika! From the moment we met, she was incredibly professional. Her G152 flag made it easy to find us, and she explained the meeting process very clearly, which put me at ease. Her explanations along the way were detailed and engaging, not only introducing the cultural background of Nara Park and the deer, but also adding a lot of Japanese history and everyday life tidbits, keeping us completely entertained.
Her itinerary management was also excellent. She kept the time precisely controlled, allowing appropriate free time at each attraction, ensuring we weren't rushed or overwhelmed. She even thoughtfully reminded us of places where it's easy to get lost.
Furthermore, Yurika was very patient with tourists, communicating gently and answering all our questions diligently. Overall, the service was excellent.
The deer in Nara were soothing, and the atmosphere in Uji was quiet and elegant. The guide's professionalism and responsibility made the whole day even more perfect.
I highly recommend this tour, and I also highly recommend our guide, Yurika! 👍★
