We have gone on this Food and Wine tour twice. Our guide Anna was the best! She is so kind and full of so many fun facts about Venice and Venetian cuisine. On this tour we went to so many restaurants that were off the beaten path. We definitely wouldn’t have been able to discover these amazing restaurants without the tour. If you’re looking to try authentic Venetian food and not the tourist traps, this tour is a must!

Bangkok traffic is terrible on weekdays, but Ctrip made good arrangements; we flew to Bangkok on the weekend. The only downside was that the group meals were sometimes insufficient. There was no forced shopping, and there were many optional excursions to choose from, depending on your budget. The tour guide service was good. There were 18 people in the group, which was a good number. The Sheraton in Bangkok was truly excellent; the facilities were great, much better than hotels in Phuket.

I'm a European exchange student living in Germany. Knowing that I could conveniently travel to other countries by train, I purchased a Eurail Pass. At the time, there was a promotional discount of about 20%, so I got it for about €100 less. I was very satisfied with the price. I could choose to use 15 days within two months, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend it.


