A splendid vinegar factory surrounded by greenery and flowering trees, we happened upon it on a spectacular day over the Easter weekend. Despite booking at the last minute, we were treated wonderfully. It was an all-female tour with our expert and friendly guide Marianna, who offered both Italian and English. The "hostess" was also very kind, telling us about her long-standing experience with balsamic vinegar. We enjoyed a tasting of delicious products with the option of purchasing them on-site. A place of peace and quiet surrounded by nature, it felt like home. We'll definitely be returning! 👏👏👏★
