David is amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The tour is a great experience that is hard to miss if your are visiting New Zealand. The Waitamo Cave tour is more impressive than the description. The hobbitown is like a paradise. We were able to get free drinks during our trip. Umbrella is available to borrow if it starts raining. We were able to go inside the hobbit house and check out the fine furnitures. These two places are worth the trip.★

Heath was a fantastic guide to invite us literally into his backyard to experience these magnificent caves. We had no caving experience but they give you all the gear you need, fill you with confidence and you leave with a sense of accomplishment you won’t get on a boardwalk glow worm tour. Finish up with a cuppa and an ANZAC biscuit back at the house.★

The tour leads through a deep natural cave with many stalactite formations. A special feature is the presence of luminous insects. When the lights go out completely, beautiful luminous dots form on the cave wall, reminiscent of a clear night sky. The route is quite walkable, but it is a good idea to dress warmly, as the temperature in the cave is around 15° C. It is a good idea to wear sturdy hiking shoes, as heels can cause slipping. The tour lasts about 1.5 hours.★

The experience in Auckland was fantastic! Our guide was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. He introduced each viewing spot as we passed through each town, like a lesson on the journey. Afterwards, we came on a Spellbound Fireflies and Cave Tour. The guide introduced us to the formation of stones and caves. The caves and fireflies were amazing! The sparkling fireflies created memorable memories for us. What a wonderful trip!

After that, we arrived to the Spellbound glowworm & cave tours. The guide introduced the formation of stone and cave for us. Both of the cave and glowworm were stunning!
