Although the flight was cancelled due to the weather in the morning and we were taken back to the hotel, the weather finally cleared up in the afternoon and we took to the skies to see another view of the Great Barrier Reef. The 40-minute flight was more than enough to see and I would recommend it!

We were very satisfied with the itinerary. In the morning, we boarded the Kuranda Scenic Railway at Freshwater Station. After a little over an hour, we reached the top of Kuranda Mountain, spent an hour exploring and eating (we didn't visit the parks), and then took the Skyrail cable car down the mountain. There were two short stops along the way, allowing for a closer look at the rainforest. At the bottom, a shuttle bus picked us up and took us to Hartley Crocodile Park. The tour included a boat ride to see and feed the crocodiles, which lasted almost four hours. It was very thrilling and exciting, and not crowded at all. Overall, the trip was comfortable and exceeded our expectations.
