I'm so glad I chose this travel agency. I booked a regular large group tour, but there were only 20 people on the actual trip, making the entire tour spacious and comfortable without any crowding. Our tour guide, Mr. Cheng, was attentive and responsible, providing professional and detailed explanations, and the arrangements were excellent. The Terracotta Army is magnificent, and seeing it in person was incredibly awe-inspiring. The whole trip was relaxing and enjoyable, and I had a very good overall experience.

The hotel initially charged a separate deposit upon check-in, which I didn't understand, since I had already paid in full. It was later resolved through Ctrip, but that's the most frustrating part. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. The hotel breakfast was good. The location is excellent and very convenient, just 50 meters from Jiefangbei. It's easy to get around.
