I can only say that I was quite unlucky. I mistakenly trusted the local airline "Mandarin Airlines". Mandarin Airlines was the most untrustworthy among all flights departing from Taichung. I was delayed for more than an hour. I rushed to the pier after arriving at the airport, but the result was irreversible. Fortunately, the company helped me to get a 50% refund. I can't blame anyone but myself for being too stupid and naive.
