It’s very easy to get the ticket from the JR ticket machine without going to the office , when u arrive JR hiromashi station , there is the Pokemon official store the same building★

I got back almost twice the ticket price, checked off all the train models on the Kitakyushu Sanyo Shinkansen, and even took the Miyajima ferry (but there was a 100 yen island entry tax).Trip.com picks
