The car pick-up, drop-off, and various charter services were excellent. The staff, Yuan Wei and Mr. Zhang, were truly dedicated to serving their guests. I hope to meet them again next time. They recommended restaurants and reminded us to be careful, and since I was traveling with my baby, they were very kind to the child. They also recommended a hotel for my next stay. Although the recommended restaurants and hotels were a bit pricey, the service and food were definitely worth it. I'll definitely use Ctrip again next time.

This card makes exchanging cash so easy, especially since there are so many machines in Seoul, you won't have trouble finding one. Plus, there's an app that shows your real-time balance and information on promotions. Furthermore, the card integrates with the Tmoney transportation card, making it incredibly convenient and tourist-friendly. Anyone who frequently travels to Korea should definitely get one.

Our tour guide was Yoon from Seoul City Tour and she was very funny. It's very apparent that she's a veteran as a tour guide, with great story telling skills. The information she gave was very interesting and told in an amusing manner. The tour itself was mostly interesting, especially the first part, Imjingak, 3rd Tunnel, and Dora Observatory. However, our last stop was the Reunification Village which was more of a short (sanitary) pitstop before heading back to Seoul, where they try to sell as much merch as they can to us tourists. We were lucky with the weather that we could still see a bit of North Korea at the observatory but it's a pity that the JSA tours are suspended indefinitely. I would have liked to visit the blue building from the south side this time. We had enough time at all the stops and I didn't feel rushed (which I read about with other tours). The one thing I didn't like was that our tour guide had to beg for good reviews.
