We did not get a confirmation w/in 24 hrs as advertised, but was very responsive when I messaged them thru WhatsApp. There was jst a minor miscommunication on where our pickup point was. We were waiting at Hanoi domestic airport while they were waiting for us at international, but the other HK bus that was at domestic was happy to help us and drove us to the bus that we were supposed to be on. The bus was really comfortable, clean and just nice for my height. You need to bring USB for movies or music to use on the monitor on the bus. The drive was also very smooth, had a goodnight's sleep since we took the bus at midnight to Sapa.★

Great service. The pick up time is one hour earlier than scheduled which is okay for us. Wifi on the bus is not working. Luckily I have my own internet. So be prepared, otherwise the journey can be quite dull unless you plan to sleep on the bus.★

A very good option for getting from Hanoi to Sapa and back. Book your ticket online, and an agent will contact you via messenger with detailed information about the trip. They're always available and ready to respond if any problems arise. First, you'll be picked up from your hotel (if you're staying in the old town) in a small minibus and driven about 30 minutes to the company office, where you'll transfer to a larger sleeper bus. The departure was a little delayed, but it wasn't a big deal. The bus itself is very comfortable, with a pillow, blanket, headphones, water, and even a massage chair. It's great to sleep in both the upper and lower berths. Returning from Sara, you'll also be picked up from your hotel; you can go straight from the bus station near the market. There are two 25-minute stops along the way, where you can go to the restroom and grab a bite to eat. Thank you very much, everything was great.★

We took the HK Open Tour from Hanoi to Sapa on March 16, 2026.
We spent a long time choosing and reading reviews.
👉We chose two lower berths. The day before departure, we received a WhatsApp message offering to change the time.
We decided that 12:30 was optimal, and it was the right decision. We checked out of the hotel without any problems and drove to our destination.
The manager explained everything in detail in an email and sent us a point on the map.
The minibus arrived, stopping a couple of times along the way to pick up other tourists.
We were at the bus within 30 minutes.
💤 Amenities: We were given bags for our shoes at the entrance.
- We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious bed, which could be adjusted to two positions: semi-sitting and lying down. Water, a napkin, pillows, and a blanket were provided.
I'm 185 cm tall, and the diagonal measurement was very comfortable, and it fit. Window shades, USB/Type-C charging ports, Wi-Fi, headphones, and a massage console.
- Buy yourself some fruit and candy, and don't drink too much on the road. Slippers are provided for when you leave. ⛰️They took us to the top of the Sapa, then a minibus arrived and took us to our hotel. Great bus and crew👍★
