I want to say that Ctrip's service was indeed excellent. Customer service kept in touch by phone, and the tour leader called each member before the trip to address any questions and explain the itinerary. This tour was relatively relaxed compared to others; the daily schedule wasn't too demanding, and we returned to the hotel early for free time. We stayed in the most lively part of Patong, where we could see bars and lively crowds every night. We stayed at the Sea Sun Sand Hotel, which was very clean and comfortable. The tour leader was also very responsible, explaining the daily activities and breakfast locations. Because the hotel breakfast area was a bit far, the tour leader personally led us there the next day. We had a great time swimming in Phuket; the seawater was amazing. We added a small optional activity later, which was also very good. As for the food, I really enjoyed the breakfasts every day; otherwise, the food was a bit unpalatable to our tastes. However, the food wasn't bad, just not to our liking. Afterwards, in Bangkok, our tour guide, Abing, was very responsible and kind. Of course, our tour leader, Liangliang, was also very considerate and responsible. The only slight drawback was that the vehicles in Phuket were quite old. Overall, my family was very satisfied with the trip. I will definitely choose Ctrip again for my next trip.
