It is adjacent to Hongyuan Grassland and is one of the largest and most spectacular red leaf scenic areas, known as the "80-li Gallery." Stretching 80 li from 5 km away from the county town to the snow-capped mountain pass, the canyon is covered with broad-leaved forests, secondary forests, and shrubs. "Naizigou" in Tibetan means beauty, abundance, happiness and tranquility. Naizigou Cailin Valley is named after the quiet and elegant Naizigou in the deep valley. The vegetation here is lush, the sun is shining, and the oxygen is abundant. It is a natural "oxygen bar". Naizigou Baishili Cailin is located between the main road from Heishui to Malkang, and is connected to the Hongyuan prairie. It is one of the largest and most spectacular red leaf scenic spots developed in my country. From 5 kilometers away from the county town to the Yakou Snow Mountain, the 80-mile-long canyon is covered with broad-leaved forests, secondary forests and shrubs. Sea buckthorn, poplar, etc. Whenever the golden autumn season, the mountains and plains are all over the place, and the forests are dyed; there are bright red, purple, red, waxy red, pink, golden, light yellow, grass green, dark green, coffee-colored, brown leaves, and there are strings of bright red wild fruits, all kinds of colors. Jumping between the mountains, it merges into a colorful world of purple, dry red and colorful, just like a colorful oil painting presented in front of your eyes.Heishui · 30.1 km from downtown

WenShuFang is an antique-style cultural block in Qingyang District, Chengdu, adjacent to Wenshu Monastery. Opened in 2006, the Wenshu Monastery area, where it is located, is one of Chengdu's three major historical and cultural conservation zones, alongside Kuanzhai Alley and Daci Temple. The block primarily features architecture in the traditional Sichuanese residential style, with teahouses, snack shops, intangible cultural heritage workshops, and Hanfu stores nestled among gray-tiled roofs, wooden doors, and courtyards. It is also a popular spot for locals to drink tea and chat. The main streets in the district each have their own distinctive features: Wuyuegong Street is dedicated to intangible cultural heritage, with workshops showcasing traditional crafts like Shu brocade, Shu embroidery, lacquerware, bamboo weaving, and silver filigree, where artisans can often be seen working on-site; Nanyue Lane is a hub for Hanfu culture, with a constant stream of people dressed in Hanfu taking photos against the backdrop of ancient-style gate towers and red walls, and the street also offers Hanfu rental and makeup services; Jinma Lane is the heart of old Chengdu flavors, where time-honored snacks like imperial walnut cakes and Zhang Liangfen from Dongzikou can be enjoyed from one end of the street to the other. When you need a break, you can stop at a teahouse for a bowl of covered-bowl tea. The district also hosts Sichuan opera performances, where you can enjoy face-changing, fire-spitting, and long-spout tea art while sipping tea, fully immersing yourself in Chengdu's unique blend of leisure and liveliness. When touring, you might as well combine this place with the nearby Wenshu Monastery into one route, visiting the ancient temple first and then exploring the alleys, which can be completed in half a day. Travelers planning to take Hanfu photos are advised to allocate more time for makeup, styling, and framing.China · Chengdu

Wenshu monastery is located in Qingyang district. Originally built during the Sui dynasty and rebuilt during the Kangxi reign, it was renamed Wenshu monastery. The monastery houses over 300 Buddhist statues of various sizes, crafted from diverse materials including iron, gauze-covered clay, wood, stone, and clay. Among them is a precious jade Buddha statue from Myanmar. The temple complex features five grand halls - the Hall of the Three Great Scholars, the Mahavira Hall, the Dharma Hall, and the Scripture Depository - connected in sequence, seamlessly integrated with the bell tower, dining hall, and corridor houses on the east and west sides. Combined with other structures, they form an enclosed quadrangle courtyard. The compound also houses a teahouse and a distinctive vegetarian restaurant called "Xiangzhai Hall," making it a beloved leisure spot for local residents. In addition, the monastery houses numerous precious paintings and calligraphic works from the Ming and Qing dynasties. The most renowned include the "Konglin" plaque bestowed upon Wenshu Monastery by Emperor Kangxi in 1702, as well as Kangxi's transcription of the Song Dynasty calligrapher Mi Fu's "Sea Moon" scroll. Other Buddhist artifacts include the parietal bone of Tang Dynasty monk Xuanzang, Indian palm-leaf manuscripts, and gilded sutra cases from Tang Dynasty Japan. However, as these are precious cultural relics, they are rarely seen by outsiders. The street in front of Wenshu Monastery, now developed as Wenshu Fang known as the "urban zen forest," features uniformly designed antique-style buildings where many snack stalls continue to operate.China · Chengdu

Passing by Yangrong Had, I had lunch by the way. Most people brought their own food. The environment was good and it was cool in the shade. I called in advance and found that all the accommodations were full, but after entering, I found that many were not open. Most of them were booked by the tourist center, and some were booked individually, but there were no rooms.

The Heishui to Yakxia section of National Highway 347 enters a scenic spot soon after leaving Heishui County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The scenery along the way continues all the way to the Yakxia Snow Mountain, a total of about 40 kilometers, and the locals call it Naizigou. Because it is famous for the beauty of colorful forests, it is also called the "80-mile Colorful Forest Gallery". The reason why Naizigou is beautiful is first of all its rich tree species. Heishui County has a plateau monsoon climate, with sufficient sunshine and a large daily temperature difference, which has created rich ecological resources, extremely high forest coverage and numerous natural scenery in the territory. The "80-mile" valley extends from an altitude of more than 2,000 meters to the Yakxia Snow Mountain at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters. The trees distributed on the hillsides at different altitudes are also different. Maple, birch, cypress, pine, cypress... Some of them are tall broad-leaved trees on the mountainside, and some are coniferous forests standing proudly on the top of the mountain. Between them, there are lush bushes. These plants densely cover the hills one after another. They grow vigorously in spring and summer, and begin a grand collective "change of clothes" in autumn.

The colorful forests in Naizigou are well-known. Although there are no colorful forests these days, the green mountains on both sides of Naizigou look very pleasing to the eyes. The air here is quite fresh, not hot at all, and very comfortable!

The most brutal one was 19 kilometers up and 21 kilometers down. The brutal thing was not how difficult or long the road was, but the climate. The climate was bad, and the equipment we prepared could only withstand minus 5 degrees. The actual temperature at the base camp was as low as minus 20 degrees. It was too cold. On the first day, we climbed 19 kilometers of mountain roads with a load of more than 20 kilograms to reach a camp at an altitude of more than 3,800 meters, and camped in the snow. The starry sky was beautiful at night. But we couldn't sleep all night, and we were tortured by the cold every minute and every second, and we held on until dawn. It was minus 20 degrees, sleeping in the snow. In the morning, the tent was full of ice, and our sleeping bags were frozen. My hands and feet were not my own. I was more careful when walking with shoes because they were numb. I was afraid of scratching or breaking them. Because I couldn't feel them. Only three boys went to the summit. Only one reached the summit, and the other two gave up 40 meters and 60 meters away. The temperature was too low for the body to withstand the altitude reaction. After packing up in the morning, we walked to the cowshed closest to the camp to recover for a while, waited for the sun to come out and our body temperature to warm up before hiking down the mountain.

Located in the middle section of Naizigou, Heishui County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and close to Provincial Highway 302, the "Seven-Colored Jiazu" Tibetan village is built according to local conditions with stone strips all over the mountains and yellow mud. These stone houses are not only solid and reliable, but also covered with red tiles on the gable roofs, with Tibetan-style decorations on the ridges and eaves of the roofs, and the exterior walls of the houses are painted in a variety of colors. This Tibetan village, built between the stream and the highway and in the "Naizigou", echoes and complements the colorful and colorful forests every autumn, and the scenery is beautiful. This colorful and distinctive Tibetan village not only attracts passing vehicles to stop and take pictures; but also attracts tourists from all over the country because of its reputation.

Wenshu Fang, nestled against the ancient Wenshu Monastery, exudes the rustic charm of western Sichuan folk customs amidst its blue bricks and gray tiles. I strolled leisurely here with my dog, wandering through bamboo paths and red-walled, green corridors; even he couldn't resist frolicking on the stone slabs. There's none of the hustle and bustle of trendy shops, only the jasmine fragrance wafting from teahouses and the gentle sounds of artisans hammering bamboo – the atmosphere is simply divine! Wenshu Fang is a hidden gem of a Chengdu food map! Just step outside and you can enjoy authentic "Dongzikou Zhang Lao Er" sweet water noodles, their sour, spicy, and savory flavors instantly awakening your taste buds. I squatted by the window and ordered a spicy hot pot for my dog, and he quietly devoured half the bowl! There's also freshly ground soy milk and ice jelly on the street corner; even my dog couldn't resist licking the soy pulp clean from the rim of the bowl! Wenshu Fang is incredibly pet-friendly! I took photos with my dog in front of the "Wenshu Fang" cultural and creative shop; he posed on the bluestone slabs against the backdrop of the ancient buildings with their upturned eaves – every snapshot looked like a masterpiece of traditional Chinese style. The shop also thoughtfully provided a water station for pets, so you don't have to worry about your pet getting thirsty.

🏛️ Chengdu Museum — A Wonderful Glimpse into Chengdu’s History & CultureA really interesting place to visit while in Chengdu, especially if you want to understand more about the city beyond its famous pandas and food. 😊The museum has a great collection showcasing Chengdu’s long history, culture, traditions and development. I especially enjoyed seeing the historical artefacts and learning about how Chengdu has changed through the centuries. The exhibits are well presented and the museum is spacious, clean and easy to explore. Even though I’m not usually someone who spends a lot of time in museums, I found this visit surprisingly enjoyable and informative. It’s also a nice place to escape the heat or rain for a while and take a slower, more relaxing break from sightseeing.Definitely worth a visit if you’re interested in history and culture. A good way to appreciate the story behind this fascinating city. ❤️You can drop by if you are planning to go to Tianfu Square area or Huang Cheng mosque area as this place is only in a blink away😊
