You must visit this pepper farm in Kep to experience the growth process and taste of pepper. The design of this pepper farm is simple and elegant, with Western romantic times and Cambodian characteristics.
Kampot pepper is a designated product by European and American chefs, so you might as well try it when you come.

This was an unexpected gem! La Plantation is a pepper plantation about 35 minutes outside of the centre of Kampot. They offer free guided tours in French and English explaining what they do as well as the different varieties of pepper that they produce, which is then followed by a tasting session! This is all completely free! There is also a little cafe where you can enjoy a coffee and an ice cream (most flavours have a pepper twist... I enjoyed the lime sorbet with Kampot pepper!) with beautiful views over the countryside.
