I have been to Macau so many times, but this is my first time to go on a self-drive trip to Macau. The service of Sanwa really makes me feel like I can't go back! The service was done adequately! There is a dedicated follow-up from arrival in Macau to departure, and the staff will be very patient to answer questions, and most importantly, the car is very new, almost all equipment is complete! It is worth recommending that you use Sanwa's car rental service to Macau!

I rent a car from 三和汽车 their service super perfect to me. One pretty lady arrange my schedule very well name Fanny. She very nice to explain and fast reply when we need some information. Car is clean and maintenance is good. I will use it again.

Car was clean, modern and comfortable. Family of 5 booked a business seater. The driver was early and let us know exactly where to meet. He helped us with our luggage and drove safely. Much more convenient then taking a taxi (which charge additional for luggage in the trunk) and/or taking MTR (train) to airport. Perfect for my grandma and also avoided hot, sweaty weather mid August.

Considering customs took almost 2 full hours , I was very please with the service. The fact that they were able to wait, communicated clearly and promptly was amazing. I was also very pleased to have a female driver. The car was clean, smelled nice and the driver was courteous. This was my first time using a pick-up service and couldn't be happier.

My first self-drive trip in Macau, this car rental made me very happy and unforgettable, because the company staff Fanny had contacted me before renting, took my information and made a contract in advance Fanny personally drove the car to the Venetian Hotel to deliver the car to me ,  this car I am very satisfied because the vehicle is new and tidy,  after checking the vehicle properly, can pick up the car to Macau around sightseeing, I am not clear about the parking situation and information in Macau, I contacted Fanny using WhatsApp I am very grateful, to the day of delivery also contacted me, and arranged for colleagues to send me to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao departure port , I have a lot of experience in self-driving tours, but have never met a company to customers like friends attentive, so my experience, tell all my friends

Having rented cars in Japan, Taiwan, the US, and mainland China, this was my first time in Macau. In the past, getting a taxi in Macau was extremely difficult. Taking the free shuttle buses was always crowded and they weren't guaranteed to take you where you wanted to go. Buses were also time-consuming, and if you weren't familiar with the area, you had to constantly check routes. This time, for a two-day trip, I decided to check out car rentals and found the prices very reasonable – definitely worth the convenience. The K-car I rented was easy to drive and park, and had enough space for two people's luggage. I must mention the company's service; it was the best I've ever experienced! Without a doubt! After contacting them in advance, the staff picked us up at the pier and completed the paperwork in the car. The staff were friendly, like friends, and always considerate of the customer. The return time was also very flexible; as long as you communicated well, the staff would try their best to accommodate you. In addition, the rental company gave you a Macau Pass with the car keys, which can be used for parking in the parking lot, with reimbursement based on actual costs. This car rental company is so great, I've never encountered anything like it anywhere else! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The shop staff were very helpful; they picked us up from near my hotel to pick up the car. After returning the car, they even offered to take us to the border crossing.

They delivered the car directly to the airport, allowing me to pick it up immediately. The staff provided kind guidance throughout the process, and the car was exceptionally clean, making for a pleasant start. I came to Macau with my family to watch Jacky Cheung's concert. In order to facilitate the travel of our elders, we chose to rent a car at Sanhe. Fanny had a good service attitude and picked us up at the gate. The car is new and tidy enough, and we also borrowed a Macau Pass for our convenient parking use, which is definitely a good value for money. Very pleasant experience with the car and will definitely have a next time! 😁
