Things to do in Mount Mingyue

I visited Mingyue Mountain after hearing so much about it, and the overall experience was fantastic! The mountains and forests are lush and verdant, with beautiful scenery at every turn. The Qingyun Plank Road offers expansive views, allowing you to gaze at the rolling mountains and take great photos. The mountain temperature is pleasant, making it a perfect escape from the summer heat. The park's signage is clear, the service is excellent, and the itinerary is well-planned. After exploring Mingyue Mountain, a soak in the selenium-rich hot springs completes the experience, offering both health and relaxation. This route in Yichun is ideal for a short getaway.

I came to Wentang Town, Yichun for tourism. Wentang Town belongs to Yichun City. Recently, I found that many people come here for tourism. The main purpose is to soak in hot springs. The hot spring water here contains selenium, which is very good for the human body and can prevent important diseases such as cancer. It is especially good for middle-aged people to soak in hot springs. Walking on the small street, there are people who speak Cantonese, many of whom are from Guangdong. It feels very friendly. I heard that many people who come here do not stay in hotels, but live in homestays directly. Everyone sees that many residential buildings nearby have rooms for rent. You can stay for a week or a few weeks and enjoy the joy of soaking in hot springs.

There aren't many small hot spring pools. They have pools with angelica root, milk, lemon, and red wine, etc. The price-performance ratio is average; it fills up with four or five people. The service is quite good; they keep refilling your water. You can get a snack once a day on the second floor. The drinks aren't very good; they're too sweet.

When walking along the Qingyun plank road on Mingyue Mountain to the vicinity of Wuyun Cliff, a cloud of mist passed by and the deep valley was half hidden. A waterfall was rushing down from the mountain opposite the canyon, winding down the mountain like a white silk ribbon. The four big characters "Yungu Feipu" seemed to appear and disappear on the mountain.

The Qingyun Plank Road is a 3.1-kilometer-long high-altitude plank road built on the top of Mingyue Mountain in Tanxia Village, Wentang Town, Yuanzhou District, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. A large part of it is suspended in the air. The scenery along the way is nice.

Moon Lake is located in the basin on the top of Mingyue Mountain at an altitude of 1,530 meters. It was originally a depression on the top of the mountain, surrounded by peaks on all sides and with only a pass on the north side. In order to make full use of water resources, a dam was built at the pass to form this moon-shaped landscape lake - Moon Lake.

The package is convenient, and the cable car is also convenient to go up and down. The scenery of Mingyue Mountain is really good and worth visiting. The main point is that the ski resort is relatively small, slightly larger than Lushan Ski Resort, the wind is stronger and the snow quality is better. But there are too many people, most of them are here for entertainment and taking pictures. Beginners should pay attention to practicing skills. The coaches are a bit lame and not patient and careful, much worse than those in Changbai Mountain and Changsha. I hope that the management can be strengthened. It is good as an entertainment venue.

The ancient well "Wentang Ancient Well" in Yichun is located on the South Street of Wentang Town in Mingyue Mountain Hot Spring Scenic Area, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. It is named for its "cool summer and warm winter, bright and beautiful like spring, and pleasant to drink".
