Gold Coast beach

Gold Coast beach stretches for approx. 70 km, and its golden sand is a hallmark of this coastline, which is how it got the name Gold Coast. The sand is fine and glows with a warm golden luster in the sunlight, while the water transitions from a shallow turquoise near the shore to a deep blue in the distance, creating distinct layers. The beach features several distinct sections along its length, with a lively atmosphere in the north and a relatively quieter vibe in the south, catering to visitors with different preferences. Surfing is a signature, long-standing experience at this beach. The coastline boasts several famous surf breaks, including the Superbank near Snapper Rocks, which is known for producing long, hollow waves that attract a large number of surfers year-round. Surf lifesavers patrol the beach, and red and yellow flags mark safe swimming areas. A coastal walkway connects the various beach sections, making it a great way to explore by walking or cycling. The beach enjoys abundant sunshine and a mild climate year-round, with different sections catering to various needs.Surfers Paradise · 24.7 km from Mount Tamborine

One of the most charming places in Tianbaolin Mountain is the art trail, which is a 500-meter-long art trail decorated with quaint and beautiful handmade souvenir shops, cafes and dessert shops. Tianbaolin Mountain is 525 meters above sea level. It is a large mountain on the Gold Coast with lush greenery. The Tianbaolin Mountain National Park between the mountains is a national park in Queensland. Tempolin Mountain is only a 30-minute drive from Surfers Paradise. But the hinterland far from the Jinsha blue sea and the noisy crowd is another world. Compared to the seaside areas of the Gold Coast, the temperature here is a few degrees cooler and the culture is very different.Mount Tamborine · 3 km from downtown

Surfers Paradise Beach is located on the Gold Coast of Australia. It is an important area of the Gold Coast. Known as "Miami of the Southern Hemisphere", it is a huge sandy coast. 1. Overview of attractions One of Australia's most famous beaches, attracting surfers from all over the world. The Gold Coast is close to the Pacific Ocean and has 75 kilometers of beaches. It is a huge sandy coast. The coastline here is straight and wide, the shoreline is very shallow, and the waves are very large, which is very suitable for various water sports such as surfing. Among them, the continuous beach is 42 kilometers long. There is a reef at the corner of the turning cliff. Layers of waves rush over from the reef cliff, surging forward, and the height is 2-3 meters. If the sea is stormy, the waves will roar. The turbulent waves are set off, and its splendid sight is amazing. 2. Leisure sports There are many entertainment facilities on the beach, so tourists will not be bored. The jet boat located in Apple Park is suitable for those who like to experience thrilling sports. The speed boat will depart from Surfers Paradise to WaveBreak Island every day, bringing the experiencer a 360-degree flip experience. The whole journey takes about 55 minutes. 3.7D cinema Have only heard of 3D cinema, but never heard of 7D? The 7D Cinema on Trickett Street is very popular with 10 scenes to choose from. 4. Shopping Tired of blue sky and white clouds, silver beach, you can also enjoy shopping. Not far from the promenade near the beach, shopping malls such as ParadiseCentre, HarbourTownOutletShoppingCenter and PacificFairShoppingCenter are gathered in the business district, which can be reached in a few minutes' walk. 5. Dining The restaurants here serve Australian local food, Indian food, Mexican food, Japanese food and Chinese food, and the rich choices will make you dazzled. If you like Italian food, you can go to Nicolinis Pizzeria, which serves delicious pizza, but remember to book in advance on Friday and weekend nights! The first floor of TheMarkBuilding is a famous nightclub. Come to the dance floor to have fun, and it is open until 5:00 in the morning.Surfers Paradise · 24.2 km from Mount Tamborine

Springbrook National Park

Springbrook National Park is located in the mountain rainforests of the Gold Coast hinterland. The plateau, shaped by ancient volcanic activity, has been deeply carved by streams into layers of cliffs and canyons, creating a lush, green landscape. Most waterfalls and lookouts are accessible via short trails. The park consists of several areas, with the Springbrook Plateau and Natural Bridge being the most popular. Visitors can enjoy waterfalls and cliffs during the day, and see the starlike glowworms in the caves at night—each offering its own unique experience. Natural Bridge, Springbrook National Park, is the signature attraction here: years of erosion by stream water have hollowed out the mountain, and now the stream pours through a circular hole in the cave ceiling, weaving a curtain of water inside. A natural stone bridge remains where the cave roof collapsed. You can see the waterfall passing through the cave by following the approximately 1 km loop trail. After dark, the cave ceiling lights up with patches of blue-green glow—these are the bioluminescent larvae commonly known as glowworms. They are actually the larvae of a type of fungus gnat, and their cold tail light is used to lure prey. When gathered in large numbers, they look like a starry sky hanging overhead. They glow every night throughout the year, though their light is dimmer during the dry winter and spring seasons and exceptionally bright during the hot, humid, and rainy seasons. On humid summer nights, you might occasionally spot glowing mushrooms along the trail, and sometimes even fireflies. Please turn off flashlights and camera flashes when viewing, as direct bright light will cause the colony to "turn off" instantly. Please stay on the trail, and do not enter the water in the cave area. After walking out of the cave, don't forget to look up; the stars in the mountain night sky are equally moving. The plateau area is home to most of the lookouts and waterfalls: the Canyon Lookout is just a few steps from the road, offering a view of Twin Falls and Rainbow Falls as they tumble over the cliff edge into the deep valley. The ambitiously named Best of All Lookout requires a walk through a forest of ancient Antarctic beech trees that are thousands of years old; on a clear day, you can see Mount Warning in New South Wales in the distance. Purling Brook Falls, with a drop of nearly 100 m, is the park's iconic waterfall. The loop trail allows you to descend to the valley floor, where you can stand on a suspension bridge and look up at the entire water curtain, which is especially spectacular when the water volume is high after rain. The Twin Falls circuit allows you to walk directly behind the waterfall.Springbrook · 28.5 km from Mount Tamborine

Blue Vine Winery in Queensland is adjacent to Australia's Gold Coastline, a 25-minute drive from Gold Coast Theme Park and Surfers Paradise. During a tour of Blue Vine Winery, you can sample wine, mead, cocktails and more. The counters of the Blue Vine Winery are full of large and small bottles of various types, which you can taste according to your own taste preferences. The Chinese girl at the reception will give you the wine glasses and teach you the trilogy of "viewing, smelling and tasting" wine: pour the wine into the wine glass, usually 1/3 full, lightly hold the glass seat, and place the wine glass up and down Shake and turn left and right, then tilt the glass 45 degrees to see the clarity of the wine under the light. After viewing, place the glass under the tip of your nose and inhale to identify the aroma of the wine. Then gently put the glass to your lips to warm it. Take a sip and savor its flavor. But instead of swallowing, spit the wine out. Then the wine tasting started slowly. You can also go to the workshop to experience the fun of making wine yourself, and you can also stick your favorite photos on the wine bottle as a souvenir. The winery is also a great place for kids and alcoholics to observe the habits of honey and rainforest lobsters, or to feed lambs and taste propolis.Mount Nathan · 9.1 km from Mount Tamborine

The Temporin Mountain National Park in Gold Coast is located not far from the Gold Coast. The forests here are dense, and you can overlook the sea view of Gold Coast from the viewing platform on the top of the mountain. There are many wild parrots living in this national park. This is a must-visit in the Gold Coast area of Brisbane. My favorite attractions are: Twin Falls, Rainbow Falls, Qinquan Falls, Natural Bridge. These places are very beautiful during the day, but they are a million times more beautiful at night. There are many fireflies on the forest road and in the cave... Just think, in New Zealand, you have to spend 50 New Zealand dollars to see the fireflies in the cave, but here it is free!!! An absolutely amazing place!!!
