Let me tell you, renting from this company is the best! The cars are amazing, brand new, with less than 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. They're practically brand new!

It was a bit disappointing that I didn't get the car I wanted when I made the reservation. It seemed like I received a model from about five years ago, but there were no issues with the car itself. The staff were generally friendly. However, the attitude of the employee who mentioned that the cost was too low during the return process was regrettable.
Car was clean, modern and comfortable. Family of 5 booked a business seater. The driver was early and let us know exactly where to meet. He helped us with our luggage and drove safely. Much more convenient then taking a taxi (which charge additional for luggage in the trunk) and/or taking MTR (train) to airport. Perfect for my grandma and also avoided hot, sweaty weather mid August.
Staff is Good service, rental car company nearby airport is so convenient, they have pickup delivery at airport. Car is very comfortable and reasonable price.
Considering customs took almost 2 full hours , I was very please with the service. The fact that they were able to wait, communicated clearly and promptly was amazing. I was also very pleased to have a female driver. The car was clean, smelled nice and the driver was courteous. This was my first time using a pick-up service and couldn't be happier.

The vehicle has over 90,000 parking spaces, but is in excellent condition and has plenty of power. Picking up and returning it at the airport is very convenient. Group chat in Chinese is available for communication. It has L1 cruise control. This time, it seated four people, and there was room for an extra 5-6 large pieces of luggage.
The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean inside and out, and the staff were polite. We contacted them via WhatsApp. We picked up and returned the car directly at the departure area on the 4th floor of the airport. The process was very simple, and ETC was provided. A cash deposit of ¥30,000 was required, which was refunded immediately upon return after deducting highway tolls. It was very convenient and highly recommended!
The car rental location was very flexible; it could be dropped off right downstairs at the hotel. The drop-off location could also be negotiated. Overall, it was a very pleasant car rental experience.
In the past, I would directly search for car rental companies on websites to find the best one with a reasonable price. This time, I tried searching on trip.com and found it not only very convenient but also easier to compare prices, and the prices were more affordable! The car was new and clean, with only 2300 miles, just like a brand new car! I will definitely use trip.com again for future car rentals; it's a one-stop shop and much more convenient!
