Car was clean, modern and comfortable. Family of 5 booked a business seater. The driver was early and let us know exactly where to meet. He helped us with our luggage and drove safely. Much more convenient then taking a taxi (which charge additional for luggage in the trunk) and/or taking MTR (train) to airport. Perfect for my grandma and also avoided hot, sweaty weather mid August.

Considering customs took almost 2 full hours , I was very please with the service. The fact that they were able to wait, communicated clearly and promptly was amazing. I was also very pleased to have a female driver. The car was clean, smelled nice and the driver was courteous. This was my first time using a pick-up service and couldn't be happier.

The car was in excellent condition. I originally intended to buy a different model, but when I went to the service counter, the clerk said they had other, better vehicles on sale for a similar price, so I opted for the discounted one. The car was very clean, powerful, and could easily fit two pieces of luggage. Picking up and returning the car was also very convenient. Highly recommended.

The title deed was in excellent condition, the staff were very friendly and spoke good English, clearly answering our questions about paying tolls on the highway.
