The car is in overall good condition. There's a small dent under the front skirt, but it's not a problem. The staff took photos and explained everything clearly before we received the car. We purchased insurance on-site directly from the broker. We upgraded from a City to a Civic. The car had a full tank of gas upon pickup and again upon departure. The service was excellent throughout. Pick-up and return were easy and hassle-free, as long as all our documents were correct. It was very convenient for short trips. After returning the car, we just waited for the insurance refund to be credited to our credit card. We would definitely use their service again.

Rented from Elephant Phuket Car Rental. They’re based in the parking lot of Phuket domestic terminal—no actual counter/stall, which was a bit odd at first, but easy to find. Check process was simple and fast. Walk to collect and return was super easy, no long waits. My Toyota Vios had an engine failure, which was annoying. But their staff responded really fast and switched me to another car without any hassle. That saved my trip—I made it back to the airport in time for my flight. Overall, despite the car issue, they handled it well. Easy pickup, easy return, quick problem-solving. Would use them again.
Car was clean, modern and comfortable. Family of 5 booked a business seater. The driver was early and let us know exactly where to meet. He helped us with our luggage and drove safely. Much more convenient then taking a taxi (which charge additional for luggage in the trunk) and/or taking MTR (train) to airport. Perfect for my grandma and also avoided hot, sweaty weather mid August.
They upgraded the car as well. The shop stays open late, which is very convenient for people traveling on late-night flights.
Considering customs took almost 2 full hours , I was very please with the service. The fact that they were able to wait, communicated clearly and promptly was amazing. I was also very pleased to have a female driver. The car was clean, smelled nice and the driver was courteous. This was my first time using a pick-up service and couldn't be happier.

Driving in Phuket is very comfortable; the roads are simple, it's not hot, and it's much cheaper than taking a taxi locally. It's also easier to find good restaurants. The vehicle is clean, a large one, and very convenient for getting around.
