Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosqueis located in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei, and is an iconic local landmark. The main structure is clad in Italian marble and granite, with fine stone textures and solemn tones that complement the golden dome, creating a magnificent and solemn religious space. The surface of the dome is covered with gold leaf and inlaid with glass mosaics from Venice, which shimmer brilliantly in the sunlight, becoming a striking view on the city skyline. The interior space of the mosque is spacious and solemn, with the prayer hall serving as the main place of worship. The hall is laid with large handmade carpets from Saudi Arabia and other regions, where the soft, dense fabric pairs with the marble decorations to give the space both comfort and a sense of solemnity. Exquisite architectural details, an open hall layout, and rigorous religious etiquette work together to create a serene and devout atmosphere.Bandar Seri Begawan · 10.6 km from Sengkurong

Jerudong Park, also known as Crystal Park, has many modern amusement facilities, integrates beautiful natural scenery and various amusement items, and can be called the largest amusement park in Southeast Asia. It is said that on the 48th birthday of the sultan of Brunei, the princess gave the sultan a large crystal of 4,500 kilograms as a gift, which led to a huge plan to build this crystal park as a gift to the people of the whole country. So when you come to the park, you will see four gold-studded arches holding up the huge and exquisite crystal ball at the door. There are many thrilling and exciting projects in the park. There are as many as three kinds of roller coasters, as well as jumping machines, flying water slides, 360-degree Ferris wheels, dynamic theaters, and high-altitude rotating sightseeing towers.Kampong Jerudong · 1.1 km from downtown

The Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, a landmark in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei, is one of the most beautiful mosques in Southeast Asia. Named after the 28th Sultan (father of the current Sultan), it was completed in 1958. Blending Mughal Islamic and Italian styles, it is built on an artificial lagoon. Photos I saw showed it was especially beautiful when the water was on, but unfortunately, it was dry when I visited, so it wasn't quite as stunning. Admission is free. Non-Muslims are only allowed entry during designated times. Appropriate attire is required; robes can be borrowed free of charge. Slippers are necessary. The lights at night, reflected in the lake, create beautiful photos. Opposite is the popular photo frame; be sure to take pictures there.

It's interesting to see the living conditions even from the hallway. The floor is damaged in places and there is a lot of cat droppings, so be careful.

It is a great place to go when the sun is out or it suddenly rains hard outside, but the air conditioning is very strong, so you need to keep warm! It is best to go in with a guide to fully understand the history of Brunei. I usually don't like visiting museums because I always find it boring to stay in such places. Since there is not much to do in Bandar Seri Begawan, I had to visit this museum and was pleasantly surprised. It was so interesting! It was very beautiful inside! The staff was helpful and spoke fluent English, so the communication was very smooth. We walked around the whole museum and saw all the gifts presented to the King of Brunei by other countries and were deeply fascinated by them. Each gift was unique and fully reflected the style of their respective countries. The best thing about this museum is that at the end of the tour, you can see a small gift shop with a variety of souvenirs that are cheap and worth buying. We were very happy to visit this museum. Highly recommended!

The palace is not open to the public on weekdays. When I went there, I just looked outside. The national emblem of Brunei on the big iron gate at the entrance is beautiful. There is a wide lawn inside, flowers are blooming, and the palace is magnificent. The guards are strictly guarding. There is no public transportation around, so you need to consider transportation in advance.

This was the third mangrove trip of this trip, and it was still a delight. Starting from the Aiershui Village by boat, you can see the palace from afar. Along the way, you can see crocodiles and two families of proboscis monkeys. The boundary between fresh water and sea water is clearly visible. I would like to thank the tour guide Ms. Zheng for her careful explanation, and I learned a lot about the local customs.

It is a very large park and a landmark building in Brunei. It is similar to a big ring and many people take pictures here. The crystal on it is very large and eye-catching. Buses can drive in. There are facilities such as a children's playground inside.
