Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal is a must-see attraction in India, praised by the poet Tagore as "an eternal teardrop". Completed in 1654, the Taj Mahal was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for Queen Ajman Banu at a huge cost. This palatial mausoleum is mainly constructed of pure white marble, inlaid with precious stones from all over the world.
