Pittock Mansion
Pittock Mansion is a century-old house. It was the home of a famous couple in Portland (Henry & Georgiana Pittock). The couple made great contributions to the development of Portland, turning a small city on the northwest coast of Portland into a bustling metropolis. They have always been called the pioneers of Portland. The house was owned and lived in by the descendants of the Pittock family until 1958. Later, in 1964, the city government raised funds to rebuild this century-old mansion, and it was officially opened to the public in 1965 as a family museum. The mansion is divided into 3 floors, and the top floor is not open to the public.
