It's a little difficult to get there, but you can enjoy the spectacular view and torii gates from the top of the mountain. It's a hidden gem because there aren't many people around.

This is a small city away from Fukuoka. It is mainly a family-oriented hot spring resort. You can see families of all sizes and the elderly come to stay and eat. It is a quiet mountain village. I can't believe there are so many people!

In December 2021, Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture, has the famous "Akitsuki Castle Site". The maple leaves and ginkgo trees have fallen; the bare and withered cherry blossom trees are still beautiful! Many businesses in the quiet ancient street are closed! Friendly reminder: parking lot, ranging from 300 yen, 400 yen, 500 yen!
