Things to do in Xianghe

I bought a half-day ticket for my family, which was perfect since it was Halloween, and half a day was more than enough time to enjoy the attractions. We just scanned our ID cards to enter, which was very convenient. We even went to the haunted house in the evening. A very good value half-day ticket.

Xianghe is amazing! It saved us the fatigue of long-distance travel with a baby. The magnificent ancient architecture made for great nighttime photos. The Yongle Changge opera performance was spectacular. Even though my one-year-old didn't understand, he loved it! We changed into traditional costumes at the Shangyi Bureau and felt truly immersed in the experience. After the opera, there was a metal flower performance. In the evening, we enjoyed a whole roasted cow and a bonfire party, with the park brightly lit. During the day, there were continuous interactive programs throughout the area. We strolled through the intangible cultural heritage market, the snack street, the temple fair, and the children's playground. We experienced a more vibrant and lively traditional atmosphere than in the city. Most importantly, it was great value for money! 👍 Whether it was accommodation or entertainment, it was excellent. The chef at the local Xianghe meat pie stall told us that he had been making pie non-stop since early morning. 🥞 The scaled-down reconstruction of the old town was quite spectacular. If you have time, definitely go!

My first viewing was inexperienced, but I'll definitely watch it again. My middle school daughter said she really enjoyed it, finding it a unique viewing experience. The overall aesthetic of *Ice Fantasy* is excellent. It's also a great place to take photos while watching; very photogenic.

The Temple of Heaven Park is crowded with tourists during the day. Although the park is large, the main attractions are still packed. Therefore, it is a good option to visit the park in the evening, where you can take a leisurely stroll, take great night photos, and bring back a pleasant experience.

I went to Beijing for a trip and came to Universal Studios. Waterworld is one of the parks, but there is only a theater here. I watched a large-scale pirate show. It is the place where you need to wear a raincoat to watch the show. There are several performances a day, but you need to pay attention to the schedule, because it is not like other amusement parks where you can come and go at any time. The performance is set at a fixed time. This performance is also worth seeing. It is very shocking and very real.

It's a pretty unique attraction, but there weren't enough people. I guess it will be better during the summer vacation. Overall, it's a great place and worth visiting!

It was a very enjoyable experience. Although I didn't understand why every staff member said "Your wish has come true" at first, I was still very happy until the World Cup edition Labubu I wanted was won by the person next to me, and I almost cried 😭 hahahahahaha… Overall, it was a really great experience.

The largest urban park within Beijing's Fourth Ring Road, it's free and incredibly welcoming. With its vast lawns, expansive lake, and stunning European-style architecture and fairytale castle, it's perfect for photos. You can run, boat, take your kids, and visit exhibitions. It's comfortable year-round, and locals often come here to relax.

Transportation to the Badaling Great Wall has become much more convenient. It's easy to take the high-speed train directly from Qinghe or Beijing North Station. There's a very long escalator between the train station exit and the exit, so remember to allow plenty of time when returning, as ticket checking closes much earlier than usual, and you might not be able to get in then.
