3-Star Hotels in Yerevan, Armenia

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center! Modest breakfast, but you won't go hungry. Very nice and sweet girls at the reception, they will help you with everything they can! Minus - there is no soundproofing, very thin doors. Everything that happens on the stairs and at the reception is heard as if you were in your room, so I couldn't get enough sleep after the road. Had to use earplugs.

Unlike the photos, I stayed in an old annex. The interior was renovated and beautiful, but the room smelled a bit moldy. The walls were thinner than in a typical hotel, so outside noise was audible. The shower temperature, water flow, and drainage were fine. A refrigerator, kettle, towels, and slippers were provided. A TV, hair dryer, and mineral water were not. I think you can borrow a hair dryer, but I didn't use it because it was too much trouble. The Wi-Fi was reasonably fast. The front desk staff was a bit cold, though. However, I had no issues during my stay.

Very friendly staff, nice spacious rooms. The first room we got didn't have a curtain that fit, but the receptionist gave us an upgrade to a room where the curtains fit.

Check-in convenience: Five stars Safety: Five stars Facilities: Five stars Cleanliness: Five stars Excellent, great location. There's a bar street right downstairs, a large supermarket nearby, and tourist attractions right next door! Very convenient transportation! I'll definitely come again.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 6-minute walk to Republic Square. The staff were friendly, responsive, and readily helped with all our requests. Our payment didn't immediately show up upon check-in, but since we weren't staying just one night, they didn't ask for any additional deposit. The room was clean and tidied daily. The only thing was that towels weren't changed and toiletries weren't refilled every day, but perhaps that depended on the shift. Breakfasts were punctual, delicious, varied, and featured local flavors.

Nice hotel centrally located not far from republic square (10 to 15 minutes walk). Breakfast is good with various choices. Rooms are small but equipped with almost all the utilities you need like fridge, electric cattle, hairdryer, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron. Also they provide free bottled water every day.

Little bit out of the way and some of the streets around it aren’t good but it is near Embassy’s so can’t be too bad. Straight walk down road to Victory Park. Room spacious and clean. No complaints with it. Happy I stayed there given the price. I was solo male traveller

Pros - clean and bright room. Great location. Cons - no sign with the hotel name on the street, asked how to get to the hotel from the office staff in the hotel building. The beds could do with some improvement (the mattress is made of hard springs). People with poor physical fitness and heavy suitcases should keep in mind - the hotel does not have an elevator.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Republic Square, and is within walking distance to the Grand Staircase and the Opera House. There are many restaurants near the hotel, so it's great for eating and shopping. I stayed for three nights and the soundproofing was pretty good. I slept very comfortably, but there was no kettle, which was a bit of a pity.
