Good location close to the city centre BUT the top (fifth?) floor with endless stairs. I almost collapsed while climbing the stairs with a heavy suitcase. NO LIFT! The room was clean, same as on their pictures, but shared facilities were basic and not very comfortable. People seemed also kinda weird. I wasn't alone so that was okayish. But I wouldn't recommend it for a single female traveller.
The hotel is in a great location in the city centre, within walking distance to tourist attractions and transport links. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and quickly resolved some minor issues I had. The room was reasonably comfortable, although the walls were very thin making it noisy. The cleaning service seems disorganised: I was only given a hand towel when I arrived that I think may have been used, and the cleaning staff barged into my room without knocking when I was on the toilet. Overall I think it's a good choice for short stays of one or two nights but I wouldn't want to stay longer.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a 6-minute walk to Republic Square. The staff were friendly, responsive, and readily helped with all our requests. Our payment didn't immediately show up upon check-in, but since we weren't staying just one night, they didn't ask for any additional deposit. The room was clean and tidied daily. The only thing was that towels weren't changed and toiletries weren't refilled every day, but perhaps that depended on the shift. Breakfasts were punctual, delicious, varied, and featured local flavors.
The hotel is very conveniently located near the Republic Square, and is within walking distance to the Grand Staircase and the Opera House. There are many restaurants near the hotel, so it's great for eating and shopping. I stayed for three nights and the soundproofing was pretty good. I slept very comfortably, but there was no kettle, which was a bit of a pity.
I think it's good at all if you stay for one night normally!
I'm worried that the walls are a little thin or I can hear the outside voice. It was usually beautiful.
The soundproofing isn't great, and it's quite small. However, the bed is big and comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful – it was different each of the two days we stayed, and the second day's was especially delicious and rich! We walked to and from the Great Staircase, and the park outside the hotel was very lively in the evening.
Rest at this hotel in January. From the pluses to the very nice and friendly staff, the cleaning in the room is simply chic (see how the housewife in the hotel is very careful to treat its work, found things neatly folded on the window, everything with love has been folded, Bed perfectly clean), breakfasts are beautiful, diverse dishes. Love and hospitality feel all over! We are slightly upset about the location. When booking, bear in mind that the hotel is quite far from the center (but next is one of the main cathedrals - Grigory the Enlightener), going down, walking down the park you can reach Vernisazha. So the hotel is in the bedroom area where locals live. The view from the window was nice! If you don't care about the location, the hotel is perfect for travelers. The rooms are more like apartments, but no kitchen. Thank you hotel!
A top-notch hotel, clean, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, and truly wonderful staff. The only slight drawback is that it's a bit far from the center, especially on the return journey as the city is quite hilly! I loved my stay nonetheless.
Very nice place to stay with a friendly staff, comfortable capsules. Reception open 24 hours, so you can come in any time. Ideal for this money) Highly tecommend

Great
GGuest UserIt was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Yerevan
1-Clean, hygienic, especially the bed
2-The front desk lady is super beautiful and the service is very meticulous
The boys on duty at night are also very good, help to call the car to the airport, because I am afraid that it is not safe to go out late at night, and send me out and send me to the car.
3- Order in the room, delivery speed is fast, and the price is a bit cheaper than the outside
4-The location is very good, in the community, quiet, 200 meters away from the underground passage is a medium-sized supermarket~ convenient
5- Convenient transportation, walking distance to all major attractions in the city
6- No check-in time, luggage storage is provided, the luggage will help to send to the room when the time is up
7-Breakfast time is longer, 8:00 to noon, more humane

YYilafuThis is a hotel run by a Chinese. There are Chinese signs at the front desk, but the front desk staff are not Chinese. I went there in the middle of the night. After a simple exchange of words and showing my passport, they checked me in. I guess I can still chat in Chinese during the day. The room is on the third floor, a loft with a sloping roof. There is a skylight above the bed, which can be opened. It's a bit fun.
I didn't take pictures of the hotel, so here are some art works that the National Gallery doesn't allow you to take pictures of. Yerevan is very nice and I will go there again.
GGuest UserUnlike the photos, I stayed in an old annex.
The interior was renovated and beautiful, but the room smelled a bit moldy. The walls were thinner than in a typical hotel, so outside noise was audible.
The shower temperature, water flow, and drainage were fine.
A refrigerator, kettle, towels, and slippers were provided.
A TV, hair dryer, and mineral water were not.
I think you can borrow a hair dryer, but I didn't use it because it was too much trouble.
The Wi-Fi was reasonably fast.
The front desk staff was a bit cold, though.
However, I had no issues during my stay.

OOMGitsJassyThis is my second review for this hotel, first one is that they send us to other hotel, but after returning here the next day almost everything was fine, room was super pretty, had a small balcony and a window, small kitchen even microwave, it was new and clean, shower was fine, staff was friendly, manager treated us with wine and fruits. Only minus was the poor breakfast that we were unable to digest first 2 days then didn't eat at all and that during one week stay they never changed our bedsheets...overall experience was good, thanks for your effort and please improve we will come again.
AAshley MingoThis place is amazing! The internet, location, plus it comes with a buffet breakfast. From our window, we can see the republic square.
The staff are very accommodating plus they can speak english which is good as most of the locals based on my experience doesnt speak much english.
When it comes to the location, its near to republic square, restaurants and souvenir shop.
Def will recommend this and will book again when we visit!
