From the moment we entered we were greated by friendly helpful staff. Room was perfect lovely hot shower. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Nice and hot and very prompt with the delivery. I would happily stay again and l would certainly recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet. Bed and especially the pillow were excellent. Best night's sleep away from home for ages.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the town hall, making it easy to walk to anywhere in the city center. Although it's a 3-star hotel in an old building, the facilities are very new, the bed is soft, and there's a mini-fridge. The only downside is that the internet can be a bit slow when there are a lot of people, but that doesn't affect my overall rating!

Lovely vibes, cool chill areas, community bar and community events plus the staff especially the lovely guy who booked me in was Amazing. However it's a very crappy old building with Nil working properly showers and broken toilets. I had 1 night in a nice female room which I barely even saw as I was out and Tried to rest at a 2nd booking being shoved into a mixed smelly weird noisy dorm on a top bunk with ****** knocking on the door at all hrs, one guy snoring and another twat on the phone I told off. Was stressful and I hadn't a Warm shower in a working functioning bathroom in 2 days. Not returning. If you like noisy rude tourists and old buildings with no lift carrying your bags everywhere and no showers, great!

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. super lovely staff, let me check in abit earlier and plenty of space in the room with comfy bed :) right near tramline and 15ish min walk to palais theatre where i had a concert so super convenient! no elevator incase you have big luggage but it was fine for me and super cool artwork around the place. thanks!

The location is very convenient to Taojin Town. The door is facing a green lawn, which makes people feel refreshed. You can walk to Taojin Town in 3 minutes. The facilities are clean and tidy, and the breakfast waiter will check the list of what you need to make, delicious and healthy nutrition. The hotel service is very satisfied, the amiable old milk check-in and help me check the ticket reservation, and Xiao Wang, who can speak Chinese, is very enthusiastic about telling me how to enter Taojin Town, how to play, etc., booking tickets at Trip.com Booking also discounts, the hotel book one big and one small 85． 5 Australian dollars, The breakfast waiter was great and the breakfast was very rich.

Facilities: Well-equipped with a wardrobe, desk, and toiletries. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidied daily. Environment: Pleasant, right by the road and not far from the subway, making transport convenient. Service: Breakfast was abundant. Front desk also offers free luggage storage.

My husband was so happy to stay for one night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was quite clean. The place is recommendable

Very happy with our choice to stay at the Royal Hotel by Nightcap Social. The room was tidy, modern and comfortable. Our only slight concern and room for improvement would be a more thorough cleaning of the bottom of the shower and a service to the air conditioner, other than that, absolutely no complaints! Staff were friendly, room service food was excellent, shared amenities were clean and welcoming, overall a pleasant place to stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for a short stay or an overnight stopover. The price is reasonable, and it served its purpose well for a one-night rest. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. It was very basic, just bread with spreads, milk, and cereal which didn’t feel substantial for a hotel breakfast. The TV selection was also limited to basic channels with no entertainment options. Overall, it’s a good choice if you just need a place to rest before or after a flight, but don’t expect much in terms of breakfast or room entertainment.
