3-Star Hotels in East-Flanders, Belgium

Great accommodation! It's conveniently located near attractions and has a handy kitchenette for cooking. Plus, there's convenient parking just across the street.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The lobby is on the smaller side, but it has a cozy, homey feel, like a family living room. The staff were all very warm and friendly, even helping to heat up food. It's a bit of a distance from the main tourist attractions, but there are plenty of tram options nearby. There are also lots of convenient and tasty restaurants and cafes in the area!

The room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from.

The hotel is close to train station, but need to walk for around 20 mins to city centre, we think it’s totally fine especially when the weather is good, and the staff recommended us to walk along the river side which is a good idea. The room is very clean, tidy and modern. There is free water, tea and coffee in a pantry near the reception but the reception and pantry will be closed at 11pm everyday. Last but not least, I would like to thanks the staff (a middle age lady) who recommended us a very decent restaurant nearby to conclude our last night in Belgium when we asked for her recommendation. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit Ghent again in the future.

Good location, easy to the sight seeing area, has one lift, lobby provided drinking water. No noise.easy to find restaurants. Cannot park the car or loading luggages in the front door, need to carry luggages from other area.  Cannot put the makeup stuff inside the toilet due to no space

Sint Niklaas was going thru a process of major road and town works. Confusing one-way systems at play gave me a flat tyre reversing back around the right way and hitting a bunch of stones popping out the ground near the kerb. I think it would be nice to return once the town face-lift is complete... 🤔 Ibis, I thought you'd be better than that. €20 deposit for a kettle and no milk, coffee, tea, or sugar in your room on arrival.. 😒 The ladies working there were lovely enough to give my gf & I a smile 🥰 they know where to park and at what times to pay the machines at the car parks 🤓 Cheap and fairly cheerful but also stressful to load and unload. 🤕

Location-wise, it's right next to Ghent City Hall, super central! Most of Ghent's attractions are within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, like Carrefour and McDonald's. However, because it's so central, it can get a bit noisy; you can still hear people on the street late into the night. Service: The front desk staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic, and there's complimentary water. Facilities: It's an older hotel, which is fine, but the TV isn't a smart TV so you can't cast to it. The air conditioning didn't seem to heat up enough, even when set to the maximum fan speed and highest temperature. On the upside, the room itself is very spacious. Cleanliness: It was very clean. Overall, for a few hundred yuan, staying in a chain hotel like this offers good value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-organized, and extremely comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall freshness of the space. The location is excellent—convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed, which made getting around the city very easy. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the entire stay even more pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The staff is very nice, the place is amazing ! Only 3 rooms, super quiet! The rooms are magnificent, I entered ours and said I wanted to stay longer just because of how pretty it is. 20 minutes from the center, the staff showed us a nice walk along the canal instead of the main road. Super close from the train station and super easy to park the car, ours was in front of the hotel's entrance, need to pay for the parking but it's not expensive and free on Sundays. I highly recommend for a romantic gateway !
