XXiangjiaoshudexiangjiaoshuThe room was clean and only a 15-minute walk from the airport shuttle, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. My only complaint is the lack of luggage storage, which was a bit inconvenient. The self check-in was fancy, but if you arrived early, you couldn't get in, which felt a bit pointless.
GGuest UserI have never had doubts about Novotel, having stayed at Novotel hotels in Antwerp, Singapore, and now Brussels. I usually have good experience with Novotel hence the hotel has been my choice. Normally, I always inform the hotel in advance if I will be checking in late by using the link provided by Trip.com, and I usually receive a prompt and professional response from Novotel hotels.
Unfortunately, my experience with Novotel Brussels Airport was disappointing. Despite sending emails to inform them about my late check-in—first via the *********** link and then directly to the hotel—I received no response at all. This is unusual, as on the same day I contacted two different hotels for upcoming stays, and the other hotel replied promptly. Only Novotel Brussels Airport did not respond.
There was also a booking issue where I was told that my two children were not included in the reservation, even though the booking was made through Trip.com’s automated system and full payment had already been completed. The receptionist told me they cant do anything since I came late. But I showed them my email via the trip.com link and they said that was not their email address. So Is the management or your staffs not doing a good homework professionally?
To make matters worse, I accidentally left my mobile phone at the hotel and only realized it half a day later. When I called the hotel, I was told to send an email. I emailed twice, yet I still have not received any reply. It is very frustrating when phone assistance is unhelpful and emails are simply ignored.
Overall, I felt unsupported and unsure where to seek help due to the lack of response and assistance. This experience does not meet the standards I have come to expect from Novotel. I sincerely hope Novotel Brussels Airport will improve its communication and customer service.
GGuest UserThe hotel is great; it's comfortable and provides all the basic essentials for a stay. I stayed for one night, and it was perfect for resting up before continuing my trip.
GGuest UserConsidering room size bedding and facilities seems be too costly ,unfortunately my room was a connecting room sound from adjoining room was too much ,taxi to and from airport is bit costly 25 to 35 euros inspite distance is short about 6-7 km i reached 22:30 to hotel no one was in reception desk for about 10 minutes
GGuest UserThe sanitation is basically clean, the environment is simple and spacious, like the domestic Hanting. There is a slight dust accumulation on the small countertops such as the toilet. The environment is OK, next to the road but not noisy at night, the heating is warm, the door card lock has an insurance function, someone will call when they open the door, and they are more at ease. In addition to the hotel's basic no toothbrush slippers: no mineral water (to go to the front desk to buy) and tea bags, coffee machines or glasses, toilet paper is very thin and easy to fall off; bath towels and hair dryers are not used, but I feel that the hair dryer is also old and may be hot. The service is no problem 👌, the Indian brother at the front desk is very patient and willing to borrow you to convert the plug. It is worth mentioning that although their home is Italian: I feel that Indian cuisine will be corrected, and the store also has a special signboard. With small bars and restaurants, I didn't go in a hurry.
Zzhangmx969The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It offers great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Diegem train station. You can easily get there from the airport by taking the IC train during the day, or the N62 bus if you arrive late at night, which is super convenient.
GGuest UserThere were no slippers in the room. There was a gap in the room door. It was scary while sleeping because the door was constantly vibrating in the void. there is a locked door which connects next hotel room, all the sound from the next room came to me. but the facility was clean. It's an average place, not a very nice place in my opinion.
MMimi1990I spent 4 nights, the location of the hotel was great 2min walk from the train station and 17min to the tourist area.
The room was spacious and clean.
No slippers or shower cap , hand gel and shampoo were almost empty, no refill of paper towel. the water was provided only for the first day

We had the whole building to us, as we were the only customers (there are only a handful of Suites). This was pleasant.
They asked us at what time we wanted to have breakfast.
The room was very spacious and VERY clean.
