The negative point was that due to some error by trip.com or the hotel, my reservation was different from that I acquired, they hosted us in a custom room, different from the reservation. They initially suggested that we had booked this kind of room for purpose, according to them because there were no more vacancies, they only changed their position when I presented the booking evidence, they were not aware of what they said, transferring the guilt to Trip.com . Recepcionista bem atencioso, com bom atendimento. Bom café e boa diversidade. O ponto negativo, no meu caso, foi a descarga que não estava funcionando bem e mofo nos azulejos do Box do banheiro. Fora isso, foi uma boa experiência.

Hotel Velho e sem manutenção, quartos de tamanho bom, porém com aparência de sujos e mal conservados, café da manhã ok, porém sem muita variedade, principalmente se vc fica mais de 3 dias. Os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos. Ótima localização, perto de tudo! Não me hospedaria novamente.

Well located hotel, wonderful breakfast, staff staff and educated, good room size, the trailers were hard, small box, no interphone, I asked a quiet room and placed me in the first floor above the parking. I liked the hotel most.

Schönes Hotel. Top Lage. Breites King Sixe Bett. Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet. Riesige Auswahl. Eierspeisen und Tapioca frisch zubereitet. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht, aber es war mega klein und nach hinten raus, ohne Balkon. Für 100 R$ Aufpreis pro Nacht haben wir dann ein Zimmer vorne raus, mit Balkon, erhalten. Leider aber ist der Strassenlärm nachts sehr störend. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und somit nicht schalldicht.
