A big thank you to Fang Chunmei for making my Huangshan trip feel like home. Staying at the hotel on the mountain, the luckiest thing was meeting Fang Chunmei. From patiently guiding us on the routes before we ascended and marking the sunrise direction, to helping us plan our itinerary and sharing recent weather updates, she meticulously helped with every detail. Since the hotel's buffet has fixed timings, and no food is available after those times, she very patiently reminded us about the meal times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so we wouldn't miss out. What truly touched me was when the children in the next room were so noisy that we couldn't sleep; she proactively stepped in to help mediate, allowing us to finally get a full night's rest. She said, ”When you're hiking, getting good rest is the most important thing.” This genuine altruism is rare and truly commendable (give her a raise! She deserves it!!). On the day we went up the mountain, it was windy and rainy outside. Our clothes were soaked and it was super cold. Upon entering, we were greeted with ginger tea she had prepared. After getting to our room, she told us where we could dry our clothes, which was incredibly comforting in the snowy and windy weather. Thanks to her thoughtfulness, this Huangshan trip not only offered beautiful scenery but also a heartwarming human touch. Highly recommended! P.S. The staff were extremely helpful & professional. I decor was lovely with nice art, flower's and teddy bears. A real cute feel. The room was cleaned daily. New clean soft  sheets each day was appreciated. The bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioner was appreciated. The WiFi worked well. The lounge was comfortable to use.  The room snacks were tasty. I loved the ice creams from the foyer. Providing bottled water was appreciated. The breakfast was filling. I found the fruit such as watermelon to be so tasty. A high quality washing machine was helpful.  The location is central  and handy to lovely restaurants, a park, banks.  Easy to get a Didi  Thank you

From the outside, it looks like a regular traditional hotel. The room is neither big nor small, and there is no sofa, but it is enough for one person. The service attitude is good. Soon after arriving at the room, milk and biscuits were delivered. Although they were from the end of 2023, they were still within the shelf life. I was watching TV at night and there was a sudden power outage. After calling the front desk, the power came back after a while. I wonder if the front desk set the room card incorrectly? Or is there something wrong with the room card insertion facility? There is no weak current socket, so the mobile phone and power bank cannot be charged at the same time. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many meat dishes, the staple food is rich and colorful.

On our drive back to Beijing for the Spring Festival, we stopped in Fuyang for one night. The hotel owner, seeing we were traveling together, proactively upgraded our nephew's room from the basement to the same floor on the third floor. They even put a plastic sleeve on our ID cards and cleaned our car windows in the morning – such thoughtful touches! The third-floor double room also had a tea table, perfect for dinner, and the complimentary noodles were delicious.

Ms Xu and Mr Wang were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Despite it being a last-minute request, Mr Wang kindly arranged a pickup for us and patiently guided us through with the use of WeChat. Ms Xu is a soft-spoken and kind lady who went the extra mile to assist us—she carefully walked us through the Huangshan map and provided valuable advice for our trip. When I returned two nights later to collect my luggage( free storage), she did not hesitate to help coordinate transportation with my next hotel, which I truly appreciated. The location is excellent—just directly across from the entrance to the national park—and the service is outstanding. The room was also very comfortable and offered great value for the price.

Might be the best accoms for fellow travellers climbing Huangshan! The hotel provides free transport to and fro from the 南门换乘 which is essentially the place to buy tickets and go up the mountain or wherever your bus will drop you off if you’re coming from the train station, you just gotta give them a call and they’ll come pick you up in 5 mins. The best thing in my opinion is after a hard and tiring day of climbing and you take the bus back down, they literally can drop you off right opposite the hotel (the stop is called 汤口岭） and you literally waste no extra energy to get back to your accoms after the long day! Also the hotel has foot massage services (although I didn’t try it but it’s pretty affordable just about 10USD) and the convenience store at the lobby has about just everything you need to prep yourself for a day of climbing (eg food/drinks/raincoat/hiking sticks/local snacks) but just watch out for the auntie at the counter overselling you things that you might not actually need for your climb. Also a last thing to add is that I accidentally booked two different rooms for the two days I was staying there and the counter stuff were really nice in helping me upgrade one of the rooms so I could stay in the larger room for both days and didn’t have to shift my stuff. Really appreciate the friendly counter stuff who also helped to arrange for transportation to the train station when I ended the trip, this 拼车 method of transport is much cheaper than getting your own ride hailing online on the apps and it cost just about 5USD for a close to 1 hour ride to 黄山北站. Highly recommended for travellers to stay at this rlly nice hotel that’s inexpensive and has a great location!

The environment is beautiful, clean and hygienic. The items that were accidentally lost were also well kept and sent back. Thank you very much. Good service attitude, good hygiene, comfortable and intimate design, and warm heart porridge at night. The bedding is comfortable, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, the parking is convenient, and the travel is convenient.

3 block away from the highspeed railway station and bus terminal, a local hotel, great base for visiting Jiu Hua Shan. Breakfast is a wide varietied local style. My repeat stay which I paid for a higher grade room. Definitely worth the extra little money. For the TV and in room wifi, you have to turn on the TV switch by the bedside before you can use either. No complimentary tea bags or coffee sachets.

This hotel is right next to the South Gate transfer station, practically the closest you can get. The service is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. The toilet is electric with a heated seat, and the soundproofing is incredible; even though the transfer entrance is right outside, you can't hear any noise. The Huangshan shortbread the hotel gave us was the best I've ever tasted, and I even bought three more packs from them before leaving. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huangshan!
