3-Star Hotels in Gansu, China

I always stay at this hotel whenever I have a layover in Lanzhou. The free transit accommodation is never available, so I have to book a room. No matter how late I arrive, they're always there to pick me up, and the airport drop-off service is great too. It's very clean and the rooms are spacious.

The location is inside Tianshui Ancient City, a bit hard to find. Breakfast is a collaboration with the shop next door, only available from 8 AM, which is different from the information provided here. The room's screen mirroring works fine, but there are constant ads… The room doesn't have a key; it has a combination lock, so you don't have to worry about only having one card for two people. The front desk provides many free small items that you can use. The downsides are that if you stay on the first floor, you'll hear noise from outside, and if no one is at the front desk during check-in, you'll have to wait.

Traveling independently, I chose the Ibis hotel closest to Jiayuguan train station. The room was great! Even though we arrived in the early hours, the staff were considerate and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. Thumbs up!

This hotel is super convenient, close to all the attractions. The room was spotless, and I loved the smart tech – everything worked perfectly. The self-check-in machine was a lifesaver, so quick and easy! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the complimentary drinks and thoughtful little touches really made our stay special. Great location, excellent value for money – definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Zhangye!

Traveling to Jiayuguan by car, this hotel is located in the city center with plenty of parking. It's about 2 kilometers from Fuqiang Market to the north. The room is spacious and very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with a separate wet and dry area. The only minor drawback is that my first-floor room was a bit far from the water tank, so I had to let the hot water run for a little while. Overall, I recommend it, especially given the great off-season price.

Bringing my family to Dunhuang, 🏜️ it felt like a dream stepping into Dunhuang. We stayed in a desert RV, nestled in the golden sands, a dream of constant temperature. The room facilities were complete and comfortable, the bedding was cozy, and we had personalized butler service. Only guests are allowed inside, making it very quiet and spacious. We had a whole section of the desert to ourselves, enjoying the joy of having an entire golden sand sea – it's absolutely a stunning spot for photos. Life experience +1: Camping in the desert. It was an amazing experience! They offered complimentary ATV dune buggy rides, which were thrilling and novel. We could slide down the sand dunes for free, and the kids had a blast! Highly recommend!

The heating is super sufficient, there is a humidifier, very intimate ～ walk to the Momorosh Temple for about 10 minutes, although the hotel does not have an elevator, but the staff is very enthusiastic to help us move up and down, the service attitude is also very good! Good location, convenient to take a taxi to the station, it is recommended ～

Lanberry Yiju Wuquan Store is the first choice for business trips/travel! Convenient transportation, close to the train station and subway, surrounded by food. The new Chinese decoration is full of high-end, the rooms are clean and quiet, and the zero-pressure mattress sleeps great. The front desk section responds quickly and recommends the play route intimately. The details are full. Next time you come to Lanzhou, you will still live here!

The hotel lobby is clean, spacious and bright. There is free tea at the front desk. The service is excellent, not only warm but also efficient. The room is clean and tidy. The security uncle also helped with the luggage when checking out, which was very considerate. Most importantly, the price is very affordable, and the parking lot is free. It is the first choice for staying here and I am very satisfied!
