Rebooked this B&B for my second night. I offered to pay direct but the lady at the front desk told me I will get a much better rate if I searched online because of the promotions available. Very warming for a small outfit. Service attitude is what made me extend my second night here. Breakfast though good gets cold quickly. They should use food warmers. Mostly vegetarian options other than hard boiled eggs.

Very well located in the old town, but the name given by Trip.com, ”Hidden Guest House,” is completely wrong. The real name is Guiyin Minzu. To find it, look next to the house of General Zheng Yuanquan. A very pretty house, tastefully renovated, the rooms are very well equipped, and the shower is perfect. I recommend this hotel if you want to visit Majishan. The young woman at the hotel is a great help in finding a taxi. Thank you very much to her for her assistance.

The service here is incredibly thoughtful! 🥰 When checking in, the front desk mentioned they provide small yogurts. We casually asked if we could swap them for tangyuan (sweet rice dumplings) instead, and the front desk immediately coordinated with the manager to make the exchange happen. They truly take guests' small wishes to heart; the attention to detail and warmth are exceptional! Experiencing such flexible and heartwarming service at a hotel just made me so happy. The service provided by all the staff—from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast area—was consistently kind and professional. A great advantage was the self-service laundry facilities, which allowed us to wash our clothes conveniently. Another highlight was the varied buffet breakfast: everything was fresh and delicious, and we truly enjoyed it—trying a few new dishes for the first time! The location is outstanding, just across from the station. We would gladly stay here again without hesitation and will certainly recommend it.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and odorless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing exceeded expectations, making for a very peaceful stay. The staff are enthusiastic and efficient, handling check-in and check-out quickly, and patiently answering any questions. The facilities are comprehensive and practical, with smooth internet, plenty of hot water, and air conditioning at just the right temperature – quality is evident in every detail. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with fresh ingredients, leaving you full and satisfied before heading out. The value for money is outstanding! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Longnan, and I've already recommended it to friends who are traveling for business!

The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable – all my travel fatigue vanished the moment I lay down. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions, and check-in and check-out were incredibly fast. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city! Coinciding with New Year's Eve, the hotel even gave out small gifts, which was just delightful.

The hotel located near to the tourist spot. The hotel offers a very good free transfer around the city area. When walked out of the hotel building, the driver came out and asked where I was going and then gave e a left. The staff members are very helpful with any kind queries. The only problem is the the room does not have good sound proof. People stayed next to my room talked loudly till 2.30am of which disturbed my sleep very badly.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed and providing great local tips. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect to relax after exploring the desert and Mogao Caves. The location was also ideal, close to restaurants and main attractions but still quiet at night. Everything was spotless and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dunhuang!

For 99 a night, plus a free 35-yuan airport pick-up service, what are you waiting for?! Pros: Excellent service, cozy decor, and very new furniture. The style is classic, but the furniture isn't old – the wood, tiles, glass, and soft furnishings are all new. I actually really like the small gold floral tiles; I think they're exquisite and beautiful. As for cleanliness, aside from a bit of normal daily dust on one glass surface and the headboard, there were no dirty corners. Even the scale in the Midea kettle was cleaned out, and there was no scale, dirt, or mold inside the humidifier. The attention to detail in the cleanliness was truly impressive. Cons: The room is small. Even a 20-inch suitcase spread out in the corner felt like it was in the way. You really have to make full use of the large wardrobe by the door. The room was quite cold. The weather was too dry, so I didn't dare turn on the air conditioning again, and I ended up catching a bit of a cold. The pillow was unbelievably high; I had to sleep with my own down jacket as a pillow. Surroundings: Within 100 meters, there's Huyang Braised Flatbread, and within 300 meters, there's a breakfast shop.
