This is my First Time visiting Harbin staying for a week. I review the visit with four Cs. Location /Convenience- The hotel is 150 meters from the start of ZhongYang Street and about 400 meters from Shangzhi Street Metro Station. Cleanliness - Towels and rubbish bins are changed daily. Bed sheets are not replaced daily as part of environmental saving. It changes the bedsheets every three nights. This is an ongoing hotel industry policies. Customer Service- Front Desk Staff are professional but with extra effort Zhaoling Xiao and Liulimin went extra mile to guide us in reconfirming our flight and information to specific sites. Taxi Drivers via roadside hailing boarding were honest and courteous. These are unofficial ambassadors of China and Harbin. Because of them, I decided to revisit Chinatown. Courtesy - In public areas, there is a general lack of courtesy in all age groups but those in hospitality are professional. We also made every effort to always be courteous to local people. I am looking forward to visiting Heilongjiang soon. Thanks, everyone, for contributing positively to visitors in your country.

Very well located. Right in the city center, close to everything, at 20 minutes away from Ice and Snow World by metro, 2 minutes away from Central Street. Clean room and good breakfast.

Location is perfect, literally meters from the main street. that's pretty much what and all you are paying for. We were in the basic room so expectations were low. I would say it satisfy the basic needs in terms of space and amenities. I mean is a decent place to sleep for the location. However, the room is really small, a bit cold, old and pretty much falling apart here and there. Bed was good, comfortable and soft. Rooms are not soundproof so expect to hear everything going around. However, we were lucky to not have many guests around. Wifi was horrible and slow. Reception was great and the staff at the entrance has been friendly and available with any requests. For the low score to service it is meant to the cleaning. Room was still dirty on the angles when we arrived. Soups were never refilled in the bathroom (not even the hand ones) and we had to ask everytime to get a refill. Feels like cleaning lady entered, put the cover on the bed back in order and left without caring much on whatever was needed to be refilled or cleaned in the room. Barely touching the bottom of the job. Anyway back again, low expectations, decent room, great location. Satisfy the basic requirements and if you get it for a low price might be worth it.

This is an outstanding Bed & Breakfast and one of the most friendly and helpful places I’ve ever stayed. The room is perfect for a couple with warm comfy bed. The owner Mr Wang is an amazing cook and we opted to have dinner here every night. We are foreigners and I don’t speak Mandarin well and I was worried it would be a problem. But we were made so welcome, and others in the guesthouse joined us for dinner and drinks. The owner’s family was staying from Beijing and they spoke great English and soon we felt like family too. Mr Wang can help get ski tickets and with tickets to see the Pandas and he can also recommend many places to see in Yabuli. We stayed for 3 nights and could stay longer. Mr Wang will also drive you to the ski resort and the train station if you need it. The skiing is also good. Decent slopes for any level and fun for a couple of days. Yabuli is a lovely town to spend time and this guest house is the perfect place to enjoy some real hospitality in the north-east of China. We hope to come back!

Generally the hotel is good and the staffs are friendly We checked in on the 21/6/24 and booked for 2 nights . It was a good and warm experience on checking in.The front desk staff were courteous , and efficient.. There was one smartly dressed plumb young man standing beside the receptionist . We were enquiring about the where/what /when /How of Harbin . On hearing us , he immediately came up to us and started explaining to us . After dropping our luggages n bags into our family room , we startour city tour, so I requested for help at the front desk. The man líu hè 刘赫 at the counter was very 👍👍👍 He was very helpful . As we (3 senior aunties in their sixties/seventies ) were not familiar with the e-calling of Chinese “taxi/grab” ,we requested the front desk for assistance. I am a Canadian and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I walked extensively around Harbin and the location of this hotel is about as good as you can get. It is not a fancy hotel but it is very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and eager to please. The location is only a few blocks from the main Central pedestrian street which is a lot of fun to walk especially in the evening with all the lighting and the thousands of people owed to enjoy the scenery. Also the river is only two blocks away and has a wonderful walking path all along the river to enjoy the scenery. There are a few convenience stores within 100 m of the front door so it's easy to grab a snack or some bottles of water or other juices and eating items. One thing to note is that although it is a non-smoking Hotel......many of the guests are smoking in the room so the smell does tend to drift into the hallway....but it's hardly a big deal.

The hotel facilities are new and clean. It is very close to the commercial area for eating and the riverside, within walking distance. There is a parking lot in the yard next to it, and there are also free parking spaces on the roadside. It is considered one of the better parking hotels in Heihe and is suitable for self-driving. Check-in and check-out are convenient and fast, and 014 has a good service attitude.

It’s very convenient. Turn right when you go out and you’ll reach Central Street in 2 minutes. If you have a busy schedule, I highly recommend staying here. You can reach the monument and the cathedral within a short walk. You pass by Central Street every day. You can also go to the red brick morning market in the morning. In the past, you could go back to the hotel to rest and change into thicker clothes before going to the Songhua River. The hotel also provides fruit. The only drawback is that it is more expensive due to the recent popularity, but this is my problem...
