This hotel is an absolute steal for the price, offering incredible value for money. The room was spacious, with well-thought-out decor details, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the service staff were incredibly friendly with sweet smiles. They even had a local food and travel guide in the room, plus smart amenities! The surrounding area boasts delicious and affordable food, and the location is superb – close to the subway station, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Central Street. I'll definitely be booking here again on my next visit.

The hotel's location is excellent. Stalin Park and the cross-river cable car are right behind it, and it's very close to Central Street. Downstairs, there's a supermarket, a coffee shop, and a McDonald's. The 'premium king room' was standard, nothing special. The heating inside was very warm, but the bed was a bit high. The only downside was the shower water wasn't very hot. The staff said it was due to a boiler system, and if too many people used it, the hot water would diminish. The water in the morning was even colder than at night. 🥲

Excellent service, very clean, and a superb location right on Central Street, close to the entrance, and also very near Metro Line 2, Exit 1. When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good.

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

**Translation:** Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.

The location is convenient, with easy access to the church, Central Street, the subway, and Daoli vegetable market. There are also many restaurants on the nearby streets. The room has a window with a view outside, and it's relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable, and it features smart controls for opening curtains, robot delivery for meals, and an automatic heated toilet. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. The only drawback is that the space is a bit compact, but there's still plenty of storage. Overall, it's still highly recommended.

We reached the hotel almost midnight by taxi and the hotel reception welcome us with a broad smile, although is late. The room is spacious and clean. It is comfortable and warm in the room during this cold winter. We had a very good rest and we took our breakfast in house. Simple food but nice. The metro station is just directly in front of the hotel door step, very convinient to go anywhere around the city. Food are plenty around the hotel vincinity. Nice view outside. Service is good too. I will stay here again in my next visit.

I stayed on the 8th floor (room 808) and found the hallway had the cigarette smell for the 3 days I stayed so probably there was a guest smoked in the room. Lucky that the smell did not come into my room. Despite this issue, this is a great hotel in which if I have a chance to come back, I will stay here again. All staff here including those in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. What to be improved is perhaps adding the cloth hanging rack in the shower room as the one installed is too high.

I recently stayed at the Maxim Hotel in Suifunkhe and wanted to share my impressions. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I felt comfortable and cozy throughout my stay. The hotel staff deserves special praise. Every morning we were greeted with smiles and were ready to help with any questions. They are very attentive and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfasts were also very positive. Every morning I enjoyed a variety of dishes: from fresh fruit to hot dishes. The cozy atmosphere of the dining room added a pleasant touch to the morning meal. We had breakfast included, but if you're not staying at the hotel, you can also enjoy breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for 25 yuan. Overall, the Maxim Hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Suifunhe! Had a fantastic stay! They offer free shuttle service to and from the station, and you can even have food deliveries brought right to your room. The heating in the room was excellent, and the central air conditioning allowed for good ventilation even in winter. Service was also very good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there were plenty of snack stalls around the hotel. The only minor thing was that the left side of the projector screen seemed a little blurry, but it was hardly noticeable unless you really looked closely. At this price, just book it – the value for money is absolutely superb.
