Anonymous UserThis time in Hong Kong, I chose the Rambler Garden Hotel in Tsing Yi, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations, especially for travelers who prioritize value for money and convenient transportation.
Location and Transportation: The hotel is situated on the southern coast of Tsing Yi. Although it's a bit far from the city center, transportation is very convenient. From Hong Kong International Airport, you can take the Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station, then transfer to a minibus, which gets you there quickly. There's also a bus stop right downstairs.
Room and View: The room isn't small by Hong Kong standards. It was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Facilities were complete, including a TV, a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle.

Guest UserMy teacher mentioned that the location is indeed valuable, and the in-room facilities aren't as bad as I imagined. However, there's a critical flaw: a complete lack of security. There's no secure entrance, or you could even say there's no real door at all. People can just walk in and out of the building freely. When I returned around 11 PM and left around 6 AM, the entrance was always wide open – not even a pretense of security. What's worse, all the sliding doors leading to the rooms upstairs are also unlocked. A random passerby could literally walk all the way up and stand right outside your room door. If you're a woman traveling alone, absolutely do not stay here.
Then there's the dampness, which seems to be an inherent issue with the building's structure. It's not the kind of extreme dampness where water drips, but the moment you walk in, the air feels incredibly stagnant, with poor ventilation. The air conditioner is right above the bed, and since it's still early in the year, the weather isn't too hot yet. I can't imagine how unbearable it would be in the summer.
I was assigned the smallest room on the entire floor, and it honestly felt no different from a prison cell. The bed was right up against the balcony door, making it incredibly noisy – much louder than I expected. I consider myself quite tolerant of noise, but here, it was noisy both inside and outside. When a group of college students stayed, I didn't get any sleep all night.
Unless you truly have no other option, seriously, don't stay here.

Guest UserHonestly, aside from the slightly remote location requiring a minibus ride to get around, the other facilities are pretty comprehensive. The hotel room was clean and had all the basic amenities. It would be even better if there were tissues in the room, not just in the bathroom. Also, around 11ish, someone might knock on your door asking if you have trash or need fresh towels. If you're still sleeping at that time, I'd suggest putting the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door.

Guest UserThe room isn't huge, but it's very clean. It's designed like a loft, which is great for families. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided. The bath towels are standard hotel towels, not disposable, but they are clean and have a faint disinfected smell, so they've definitely been sanitized. The hot water pressure is excellent and heats up quickly. The air conditioning is super cold! The front desk staff were also very friendly. It's convenient for food downstairs; Tsui Wah Restaurant is right across the street and has good food.

ClearhappydayThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a short walk from the A21 airport bus stop, and you can easily catch the bus to the airport from right around the corner. It's right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with the MTR station just a few steps away, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Victoria Harbour is also just a short stroll ahead.
The hotel owner, his wife, and the staff are all incredibly nice. I arrived early and, seeing how hot it was, decided to rest a bit before heading out. To my surprise, the front desk staff allowed me to check in early! Furthermore, when I was out on an errand and ended up checking out over an hour late, the owner was very understanding and kindly extended my check-out time. In a place like Hong Kong, where every inch is precious, this was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. The owner and staff are genuinely kind and humane, which is truly rare 🌹🌹.
The room was very clean, though a bit small, and had no strange odors. Plus, the outlets didn't require an adapter, which was super convenient for me as a traveler from mainland China, especially since I'd forgotten mine.
All in all, this is a hotel with a human touch, an exceptionally good location, and excellent cleanliness. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Thank you to the owner and staff!

Guest777Great location! It's a 7-minute walk to the promenade and only 2 minutes to the flamingo park. Plus, there are plenty of shops nearby.
The room is only 9 square meters, but if you're staying for just 1-2 nights, it's perfectly fine for a quick overnight stay.

Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The Mingle Place at Tsim Sha Tsui is nestled on Minden Row, offering a peaceful retreat while being incredibly central. It's super close to both Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui stations, making it a breeze to access dining, entertainment, and shopping. Although the room was compact, it was well-designed, clean, odor-free, and had good natural light and ventilation. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and consistent hot water. The Wi-Fi was fast, and luggage storage was convenient. The staff were friendly and polite. In Hong Kong, where space is a premium, this location and quality offer incredible value for money. Highly recommended! It's a cozy, quiet little hotel with an amazing location, making travel incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's a delightful surprise to find such a quiet and comfortable option in Tsim Sha Tsui. All my travel fatigue just melted away. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Guest UserI was so busy I forgot to take photos, so I'll just talk about it. Firstly, the location is excellent. Secondly, the staff's service attitude is wonderful. During the day, there's a young man, and at night, there's a foreign young woman. The young man always greets you with a smile and speaks softly, as if he's afraid you might feel discriminated against. The foreign young woman is a bit introverted. When I saw her in the evening returning to the hotel, she wanted to say hello but didn't speak Chinese, so she just nodded at me from behind the counter. That evening, while I was showering in the hotel, someone knocked on the door. I thought it was the room next door, so I leisurely continued showering for over 10 minutes. Afterwards, when I finished showering, I realized the knocking hadn't stopped. I said 'wait,' and the knocking immediately stopped. I put on my clothes and opened the door. The young woman then nodded and asked, 'Are you speak English?' I actually know a little, but instinctively I said 'no' 😂. She then said 'wait' and handed me her phone. I thought she wanted me to look at a translation, but it was actually a call, most likely from the boss, who apologized and explained that there was a problem with the room today. Honestly, I had noticed it but wasn't too bothered, but their meticulous attitude was really impressive. After the call, the young woman nodded, said 'tks,' and left. She had waited at my door for over ten minutes just to explain this. The boss is very diligent, and the entire hotel definitely follows their excellent example, not cutting corners with customers. Another day, the young man was looking after the hotel. As soon as he saw me, he immediately apologized for yesterday's issue and even gave me a small gift as compensation. This shows that the staff remember their guests, and I didn't feel even a little bit mistreated during my entire stay. So, if you're shy, go for it! The old man who watches over the downstairs area is also very nice. If he sees you're from out of town, he'll keep an eye on you – not because he's worried you'll do something wrong, but because he's afraid you might need directions, and he's watching so you can ask him (this is my own imagination 😂). Because when I asked him, he even helped me press the elevator button and told me where to go. The hotel might be a bit hard to find for mainland Chinese. Make sure you look for the entrance between 53 and 55, then go in, otherwise you might go to the wrong place – don't ask me how I know. Thumbs up to all the staff, and thumbs up to the boss's hospitality. I hope the hotel keeps up the good work. I'll definitely come back to Hong Kong, but it's been raining a lot recently, so I only stayed for one day. If you don't like small rooms or expensive prices, don't stay here. If you're afraid of being mistreated or dealing with hassle, then stay here without hesitation. One last thing, if you have an issue, email them, the phone might not connect, and don't ask me how I know that either. They respond to emails very quickly! Also, boss, give that young man and young woman a raise, and if you really do, tell me, and I'll come back to stay again! 🤪

Guest UserWe always stay here in Imperial Hotel whenever we are in HK due to its prime location. The staffs have been familiarized with us as we visit at least twice a year. We were always given a good room and our latest stay is the best that we had. We were given the highest floor with the overlooking view of the harbour. It is so pretty especially at night. As to housekeeping I can say u have to request this service as this is not normally done on a daily basis.
