Location and amenities were great but only one big issue I really can't swallow. For the two days that I went out and clicked on the Do Not Disturb tab, both days my room was entered and cleaned up. I called the front desk to clarify if that was routine - the cleaners entering the room even if the DND button was up - and the reply was ”如果旅客不需要打扫卫生可以跟前台说一声我们再通知保洁 (If travellers doesnt require a room makeup, they can inform the front desk and we will inform the cleaners” which I asked then what's the point of installing the DND button and make up room button separately. I am pissed because I trusted that no one was going to enter the room and technically, supposedly could be in contact with my belongings as had my luggage was unpacked and lying around. Now that they breached this trust and while nothing was missing, who can possibly assure that no one touched my things or had strangers entering the room in the process. I will avoid staying here in the future and choose another place that doesn't require me to go that extra step of pressing the DND button AND informing the front desk, which is pure ridiculous.

Staff was extremely helpful and service was prompt. They helped us to carry all our luggages up to the second floor and they were extremely warm while hosting. We booked a family room and the room was very big and very clean, although I felt that the shower/toilet could be brighter as the lights was a little dim, and hoped that it could be more clean. The outside rooms were great though. Heating worked fine and our trip was kept warm throughout. Loved the bathtub and it was most importantly clean. Overall loved our stay and hope to come back again next time.

Breakfast, environment, is a very good choice at this price. The hotel environment is very good, go out is the flower street scenic spot. But it's the details that impress me. I don’t like the pillow on the pillow when I sleep. I got it on the first day of check-in. The general cleaning may directly restore it to me, but when I come back at night, I found that the cleaning staff not only cleaned it, but also put the pillow I didn’t use in a humble corner. There is a way your little habit is being maintained by the staff. Even before I left to catch the high-speed rail, the two intimate front desk ladies also taught me where to take a taxi is more convenient. With such a service, I can live for another ten years 🥰

Hotel E-Shang Ritual Buffet Afternoon Tea: Pretty good, they have freshly ground coffee, snacks, and cookies. Service: Very satisfied. Environment: It's only a few hundred meters from the subway station and very close to Chong'an Temple and shopping malls, which is super convenient. Facilities: These are a bit old. Since I was on a high floor, the bathroom had a slight odor, and the exhaust fan wasn't very powerful.

Love this cosy little hotel! There’s no elevator but the staff very kindly brought our luggages up to the third floor! The room was small yet included everything we needed & the bedding/pillows were fantastic! Location was close enough to the main city sights, yet tucked away in a quiet lane to let us have a good night’s rest. There’s also a very cute dog here!! Will 100% stay here again in future! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This hotel is incredibly clean and in a fantastic location, with plenty of food options right outside. The service was absolutely wonderful; both the front desk staff and the manager were so kind. I was feeling unwell, and they took such great care of me, even bringing me yogurt. The front desk lady even offered me walnut shortbread that her boyfriend gave her, though I couldn't eat it due to my condition. It's a truly excellent hotel, and I highly recommend staying here.

The room was well-lit and thoughtfully decorated, with great attention to detail. The facilities were comprehensive, the environment was lovely, and everything was clean and tidy. The service was excellent. I was very satisfied. I stayed for 3 days and will definitely come back to this hotel next time.

The mattress in the room is very comfortable, and the bath set equipped in the bathroom is a good smell of white tea, reflecting the hotel's control in the details. The layout of the room space is reasonable. From the real room environment, it can be seen that the layout of the room is very reasonable. The hotel service attitude is very good, call the front desk to send some toiletries at night, and the response speed is fast. This time we went to Yancheng Tourism and booked the Pinrui Hotel. We stayed for a total of three nights (first booked two nights and then renewed for one night). The hotel is located in a very convenient environment with a bus stop at the door. It is only a 5-6 minute drive from Yancheng Railway Station. After dinner, you can take a walk to the nearby Water Street attraction and cross the road to get there. The hotel has complete facilities. The cleaning aunt cleans the room every day, and all kinds of basic supplies are also provided. The smart AI in the room responds to calls at any time, which brings convenience to our lives. The hotel also provides free pick-up service. The handsome driver took the initiative to help us with our luggage, introduced us to the main attractions of Yancheng and recommended a restaurant (we had dinner at this restaurant for the next three nights). The pretty girl at the front desk was also very friendly to us guests and greeted us when we came in and out. Since the return train ticket we booked was for around 2:00 p.m., the hotel provided us with a late check-out free of charge. I believe you will definitely choose such a hotel if you come to Yancheng.
