Excellent
GGuest UserAdvantages
The B&B is in the mountains, very quiet, the air is very good, the overall decoration is very warm, the room is quite clean, the courtyard is also very comfortable, there are two small swings, the boiled eggs for breakfast are delicious, tender and fragrant, and the white rice porridge is also well cooked.
Disadvantages
The room is small, the four pillows are very hard, and it is not easy to sleep. There is no TV in the room, and the sound insulation is very poor. Living on the first floor, you can hear the front desk calling when you close the door. I don’t know if the overall environment is too quiet. The bathroom is very cramped. The water temperature was very low when I took a shower around 10 o’clock. It was estimated to be 37 or 38 degrees. The air conditioning effect was not good when I took a cold shower. Glorious cold😷
GGuest UserDisappointing stay here. We had no choice but to extend our stay because it was Chinese new year and very difficult to find another place to stay and also my husband was sick so we had to change our plans and stay an extra night so he could rest.
The place smelled like smoke everywhere. We have a baby with us and wanted a smoke free place. Despite the signs in the lobby saying No Smoking, people were smoking there and the front desk people didn’t care. The towels in our room had ashes on them and smelled like smoke. They were also ripped and badly needed to be replaced. (We got a smoke free room and learned on our trip that all they do for smoke free rooms is open the windows to air it out before you arrive. 🤦🏻♀️)
There was insufficient toilet paper when we arrived and although they did provide more when we asked it was just inconvenient. The toilet paper holder was broken so we had to find somewhere else to put the roll of toilet paper. The sink leaked and it was supposed to be a dry washroom which is one of the reasons why I booked the place but turned out to be a wet washroom. Incredibly inconvenient with a baby.
The shower drainage was missing a cover and it didn’t feel safe for my child when showering because her little feet could get stuck inside it.
One of the days we needed to rest a little longer and the housekeeper asked us when we were leaving so she could clean our room. We said we needed 2 more hours (around 2pm) she kept trying to peer inside our room and said she wanted to get off work early. I found that incredibly rude. I understand it’s CNY and you want to go home early but that’s not something you should say to a guest who paid to stay at the hotel. Front desk people also did not seem friendly. Never saw any of them smile. We obviously don’t speak Chinese fluently and they laughed at us when they couldn’t understand us and wasn’t helpful in any way.
Overall, not a very pleasant stay. Would not stay here again.

Very Good
GGuest UserShuttle service from Wangxian Valley Scenic Area entrance to the guesthouse: The owner offers convenient pick-up and drop-off.
Service: Great. The breakfast was delicious, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's very close to the scenic area, the property is brand new and spotless, and the room is quite spacious, making it easy to store luggage.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the space was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep experience was superb. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are efficient and fast, and the details are intimate. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, the price is very high, whether it is travel accommodation or leisure stay is very suitable, will choose this next time, recommended

BBilly_the_kidAn unforgettable stay in a truly unique room. The space was crazy in the best way, super big, spacious, and incredibly comfy. The bathtub right in the middle of the room was such a bold and luxurious touch, and having a projector in the bedroom made evenings feel like a private cinema. Everything felt open, airy, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation.
The room also featured a beautiful balcony, which would be perfect to enjoy in warmer weather. Unfortunately, due to the cold temperatures during our stay, we didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy it, but it is definitely a lovely addition to the space.
The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. He offered to carry our luggage up to the top floor, which we really appreciated. He also dropped us off at Wangxian Valley for free and picked us up again when we finished, a gesture that made our visit incredibly smooth and stress free.
A few very minor notes, mentioned only for completeness in an otherwise excellent stay: the room is on the 4th floor and accessed by stairs, which may be something to keep in mind for older guests or anyone with limited mobility, although the owner is more than willing to assist. We slightly missed having basic breakfast or tea and coffee utensils. We only had a water heater and paper cups available. We also stayed during a cold wave with temperatures between -2 and 4°C, and while the AC worked, it struggled a bit to fully heat such a large space. Lastly, we only had disposable towels and one face towel, and would have appreciated standard bath towels.
Overall, these small details did not take away from the experience. A beautiful, memorable stay with outstanding hospitality, highly recommended for travelers looking for something unique, spacious, and comfortable
SSeet-HutterWe decided to upgrade to a ground floor suite and it was the best decision. The suite was bright and spacious with a private terrace overlooking the lake from which you got a spectacular view of the neighbouring Bajing park and bridge as well as an islet with a tree full of white egrets. The suite had both a bathtub and separate shower and a cosy niche with a circular bay window for enjoying one's tea. The grounds and public areas of this hotel were immaculate, and one can't help but be impressed by the cleaners constantly sweeping up every last leaf in the courtyards. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist who retrieved our laundry when we were out, to the lady owner who greeted us in the street and offered helpful suggestions for sightseeing, to the kitchen staff who tried their best to adjust to our western taste at breakfast. The hotel had a superb location on historic Bajing Street which was full of quirky shops selling antiques and folk crafts. The Song Dynasty cultural village, the Bajing Pavilion, the ancient city walls and the pontoon bridge were all within easy walking distance.

GGuest UserThe Huazhu Wuyuan Yueyuan Wufei B&B is amazing! 👍 The renovation of the old house was meticulously done. A professional designer designed the courtyard, preserving its ancient charm while maintaining elegance and comfort. The rooms are cozy and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The meals are authentic Wuyuan cuisine, and the proprietress's cooking is exceptional, making the specialties incredibly delicious. Breakfast and lunch offer a complete selection of Wuyuan specialties (pocket carp, steamed pork with rice flour, steamed fish with rice flour, Qingming fruit, etc.). The dishes are made with all-natural ingredients, including cucumber, cowpea, green pepper, and river chicken. The whole family devours every meal!
You can also cycle along the rippling river, amidst the gently swaying blossoms. In the courtyard, you can play pot-to-pot together, creating a truly immersive experience.
The attentive service makes it feel like home! 🥰
The proprietress and her family run the B&B as if it were their own home. Every corner of the old house holds history, every visitor has a story, and every dish the proprietress prepares is filled with warmth.
It is better to come here by yourself after seeing and hearing it. Feel the inheritance of this history and the love for life.
GGuest UserThis is purely my personal experience! I had never stayed in a B&B before, and this was my first time. What immediately surprised me was not only that they could help me with my deliveries, but also how incredibly warm and welcoming the owner was when I arrived. She even gave us seasonal fruit and snacks, and helped us with our luggage. The room was extremely tidy and clean. Although my friend and I left to explore other parts of Jingdezhen after just one night, we chose to return to this place for our last night, which really shows how much we loved it. The cleanliness and tidiness were 100%! The owner is so enthusiastic and a truly wonderful person! The photos below are ones I took right after entering the room, when I was so impressed I shared them with a friend, so you can use them as a reference (I checked out on the morning of the Dragon Boat Festival). After I came back from taking photos in the morning, the owner was still very welcoming, giving us Zongzi and eggs, and stored our luggage for us. When we returned in the evening, she even had watermelon cut for us. Seriously, she's just a fantastic, incredibly warm person! I genuinely recommend this to everyone visiting Jingdezhen. I hope my review helps you!

SSgweiweiI rarely write reviews, but Qingfeng Xiaosu offers such a comfortable experience! It truly felt like a home away from home throughout my stay – from the free pick-up and drop-off, thoughtful fruit platter, and exquisite nine-grid breakfast, to the complimentary Coke souvenir upon departure. The owner's care shines through in every single detail 🏡. The room has a warm cream and wood aesthetic, the mattress is incredibly comfortable, and it's spotlessly clean, with amenities like a projector, washing machine, and dryer all available. If you also appreciate guesthouses with a personal touch, choosing this one is a no-brainer; it completely elevates the experience!
GGuest UserThe biggest headache for travelers is choosing a hotel. It’s really hard to choose. Fortunately, I have a unique vision and chose this Xijiantang Art Hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the large balcony on the third floor is no worse than those Internet celebrity hotels. Super movie. I thought I was in a resort hotel. The location is perfect. It is very close to all attractions. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful. Opposite is the river view. You can enjoy the breeze and take a walk. The hotel is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The sister at the front desk Very welcoming, breakfast is also great, very suitable for the taste buds of out-of-town babies, highly recommended
