To catch an early train, I filtered accommodations near the North Station on Ctrip and finally chose this hotel. My actual experience far exceeded expectations, so it definitely deserves five stars! The location is incredibly convenient. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the bus stop and subway entrance, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The service was thoughtful and attentive: the front desk staff were proactive and friendly, and they even gave me a small gift when I checked out – I really loved the fridge magnet, it was a very heartwarming gesture. The room featured a wet/dry separation design, was neat and bright, and spotlessly clean. Overall, Manjiyunshang Hotel won me over with its meticulous service and personal touch, making it an ideal choice for transit and short-stay travelers. I've already recommended it to friends who frequently travel to Shenyang, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! By the way, Shenyang really has a lot of great food!!!

The environment here is fantastic. The room was much bigger than I expected, the bedding was clean and odorless, and the A/C cooled down the room really fast. The hot water in the shower was super abundant and the temperature was stable! The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic and helped me find some affordable local eats nearby (there's a night market just a 3-minute walk away!). While the facilities aren't luxurious, it has everything you need (fast WiFi, plenty of outlets, a large mirror), perfectly suiting a short stay. It's truly a value-for-money king – students and budget travelers, go for it!

Definitely recommend this hotel! The breakfast was varied and delicious, a perfect start to the day. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the picturesque riverside, perfect for a stroll. There is no need to worry about parking, it is very convenient. Moreover, the hotel's sanitary environment is well maintained, making people feel very comfortable and the living experience is great!

After traveling for so long, not a single hotel I stayed at was hassle-free. The pigeonhole rooms out of town were so small I could barely turn around, the prices were ridiculously high, and the service was cold. Even the accommodations near Shenyang North Station put me through every possible hotel pitfall, completely ruining my mood. Finally, it was time to head back, so I bit the bullet and booked a hotel in Zhongjie. I honestly had no expectations for the one recommended by the platform, just hoping it wouldn't add to my frustration. But the moment I stepped into the lobby of Manji Zhongjie Hotel, the anxiety I'd carried throughout my trip instantly vanished. And when I opened the door to my room, I felt completely at ease – finally! I'd finally broken free from the curse of bad hotel experiences! The lobby was bright and spacious, and the room was so big I could roll around freely. It was sparkling clean and tidy, with excellent ventilation and no strange odors. The front desk lady was warm and proactive, and her recommendations for the Forbidden City and the night views of Zhongjie Pedestrian Street were absolutely stunning. There were so many people taking photos, and the shots came out perfectly. Even more surprising, the manager even gave us complimentary breakfast at the restaurant, featuring authentic Northeast flavors that were so delicious I practically licked the plate clean~ This is definitely the most satisfying 'divine' hotel I've stayed in recently. Words can't do it justice; just look at the pictures, you'll understand. Book it without hesitation, you won't regret it – it's absolutely amazing!

Lobby with Old-Fashioned Ice Pops from Zhongjie: Eat as much as you like! Cleanliness: Excellent! Environment: Excellent! Service: The front desk staff has a great attitude, and the front desk area is very clean. There's a laundry room and a gym on the second floor, plus free bottled water and Wi-Fi. Fantastic! Hahahahahahaha!

Location was great 30 seconds walk to train station , pick up point right outside hotel for taxis, good view towards North Korea side and bridge from higher floors. My room was very dated and old with musty smell and signs of age on walls and furniture. The bedroom was no frills i.e. no tissue or tea provided in room. Sheets were clean and ok. The bathroom has a slight smell of pee, and shower area is not separated from rest of bathroom so whole bathroom gets wet during shower. However bathroom is stocked with the usual necessities like toothbrush, soap, hairdryer, towels, toilet rolls which is good. Overall, good value for budget travellers due to low cost. I would not stay here again next time I visit Dandong as there are other similar priced hotels 1-3 minutes further from the train station, but without the view to North Korea.

I really loved the decor style of the Fengtianyuan Hotel rooms; staying there was very relaxing. They had a mini-fridge, a computer desk, or a bar area, and everything was clean and well-maintained. They also provided plenty of bottled water. There are many delicious night markets nearby with lots of great food options. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting us with luggage storage, which was a huge plus. I do have two small suggestions: 1. Please promptly repair any broken or malfunctioning door locks (room or bathroom) to avoid inconveniencing guests and affecting their stay. 2. It would be great if the breakfast selection could be more diverse, and please regularly check for any spoiled food. On our second day, I poured some soy milk but didn't drink it because it tasted off. Overall, if the hotel implements these two suggestions, I would gladly stay for a whole week, given enough holiday time. I wish Fengtianyuan Hotel all the best!

Facilities: Very complete Hygiene: Clean Environment: Good Service: Pretty good I genuinely recommend this place. There's free afternoon tea with unlimited drinks, and the breakfast buffet, although not extensive, is really good. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I'm already looking forward to it!

First off, the location is fantastic. It's incredibly convenient for dining and exploring attractions, being very close to Dalian Shopping Mall which offers a plethora of food choices. We booked a loft room, which featured one double bed and two single beds. However, the bathroom design is quite impractical. It's really inconvenient to change clothes after showering because the shower door opens directly onto the corridor, very close to the main entrance. Are guests really expected to get undressed in the hallway? Alternatively, if you undress inside the shower, where exactly are you supposed to put your clothes? They'd get completely soaked as soon as the water is turned on. Adding to the inconvenience, all the toiletries (like toothbrushes and toothpaste) are in the upstairs bathroom, but the towels are located in the downstairs bathroom. This means if you simply wash your hands downstairs, there's nothing available to dry them with. So, you have to carry the toiletries downstairs, and then haul the downstairs towels back upstairs. It's an unnecessarily cumbersome and illogical setup. Overall, considering the excellent location, the pricing is acceptable. Its main appeal is definitely the convenience it offers.

The room facilities are relatively old, clean and hygienic. The weather in Dalian was cold in the past few days before May Day. I asked the waiter about the air conditioner. There is no warm air but natural wind, just like in the ice cellar. We came from the hotel over Xinghai Square. The central air conditioner in the previous hotel had warm air. But this one doesn't. The price of the food in the restaurant on the third floor is slightly more expensive than that in Dalian. The decoration of the restaurant is dignified and luxurious. Hotel guests can enjoy a 15% discount on some dishes ordered on the third floor. There is no discount for seafood.
