The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was super clean. They provided a full set of toiletries. If you extended your stay, they cleaned the room every day, which was a nice touch. Plus, it's located right in the city center, making it really convenient to get around.

The location is great, very close to Shenyang North Station, making transport super convenient. It even comes with a projector, which is a fantastic bonus. Right next door is the Fangyuan Building. **Facilities:** It boasts smart home features throughout, with voice-controlled switches. **Environment:** The surrounding area is excellent, with several shopping malls nearby, and it's not far from the main attractions either.

I was very satisfied with the service. The guest rooms on the second floor and the front desk service were truly exceptional. They responded promptly to any requests and resolved issues quickly. When the weather was cold, they even proactively offered hot water, which was very thoughtful. My room was also upgraded for free. I arrived a bit early and had to wait briefly, but as soon as a room was ready, they called me immediately and allowed me to rest in the room, which was very considerate. I didn't experience any negative emotions at all. The current room rates are very reasonable and offer great value for money. Let me just say, I am extremely satisfied and definitely give it five stars!

The location is excellent, just an eight-minute walk from Dalian Station. Downstairs is Qingniwaqiao Subway Station, directly opposite Pavilion shopping mall, and next to Dashang. From the bus stop in front of Pavilion, you can take a direct bus to Forest Zoo and Yinshatan Beach, and even reach a good photo spot for the cross-sea bridge. Taking the subway to Xinghai Square, Xinghai Park, and Sea-rhyme Park is also very convenient. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spotless, with no strange odors, and had excellent natural light and ventilation. The service was warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. The surrounding area has everything you need, and getting around is super convenient. They even gave me a thoughtful little gift when I left, which included wet wipes, a small charm, and hand cream. I felt so comfortable and at ease during my stay. I've already recommended it to my friends!

On New Year's Eve, December 31st, compared to other hotels that were drastically raising their prices, this hotel was very affordable and offered great value for money. The staff were all excellent. Definitely worth every penny! Thumbs up!

I've stayed here many times and I absolutely love it. The check-in experience is always fantastic, and the front desk staff are warm and efficient. The rooms are always spotless, with great natural light and views. The facilities are comprehensive and work perfectly, and the bed is incredibly comfortable – it's quiet and peaceful. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend it!

I stayed at the China Southern Pearl Hotel again on this trip to Dalian, mainly because of the excellent service, great room conditions, and its proximity to the airport. This time, the hotel also added a complimentary late-night snack service, offering free hot congee and side dishes, which is a very thoughtful gesture for guests arriving late. The breakfast selection has become even richer than before, with different options daily and flavors that cater to every guest's taste. The service from staff member Xiao Hong was exceptionally attentive; she proactively offered hot congee to guests facing health difficulties, along with warm and considerate words, which was truly touching. Front desk staff Xiao Zhao and Xiao Ru also provided excellent service, helping guests resolve practical issues.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel is in a prime location in Dalian, very convenient for getting around, and there's even a convenience store downstairs. The staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Our room was also quite clean and tidy. We'll definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance.

Top location just next to the railway station, 10th floor with grat view. Reception speaks english. Good room,but the bathroom needs remodeling.
