The hotel is very close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, about a 30 RMB taxi ride or just three bus stops away. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and their Mandarin was excellent, making communication a breeze. Although the room wasn't huge, it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with good soundproofing. Breakfast is served on the third floor, offering both Chinese and Western options. You can even scan a QR code to order freshly cooked eggs and noodles delivered right to your table.
The hotel's location is fantastic. Downstairs, you'll find a wide variety of eateries, including snack shops, local tea restaurants, Portuguese cuisine, and even a McDonald's. There are also several supermarkets nearby. It's just a 10-minute walk to Wynn Macau. From there, you can take a shuttle bus to Wynn Palace in Cotai, which then gives you easy access to The Venetian, The Londoner, The Parisian, and Studio City. It's incredibly convenient!
The location is incredibly convenient. It's a straightforward 15-minute walk from the Border Gate straight to the hotel.
It's been so long since I stayed in a Macau hotel, and they still require a deposit? And it's 2025, yet the hotel doesn't accept electronic payments? My world just fell apart! I didn't bring my credit card, sobbing... In the end, I had no choice but to pay cash. Seriously, you really need to read the fine print when booking a room.
This stay included breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 AM. There's one area for the buffet and another for à la carte dim sum (self-funded). The food selection is decent, and it looks presentable, but the taste is on the blander side, haha. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.
The room was quite spacious. The front desk staff were decent. The hotel requires a deposit. It's located to the left of the Galaxy Diamond Lobby. If you take the Galaxy shuttle and get off at the Diamond Lobby, it's to your right when you face the lobby, or to your left if your back is to the lobby. If you're unsure, just ask any Galaxy staff member. It's just across the sky bridge, which has an elevator.
This hotel was full of pleasant surprises! It's super convenient to get to, really clean, and quite spacious. I loved the city views, especially the New Grand Lisboa at night. But the biggest and happiest surprise was the breakfast place downstairs. It was so delicious, incredibly convenient, and budget-friendly – full of locals! I had the best buttered toast and coffee of my life there. That one breakfast reminded me of so many other amazing hotel breakfasts I've had. Pure bliss!
This hotel really exceeded my expectations! It's super close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, less than a 20-minute walk, which was really convenient. Plus, there are shops and restaurants right downstairs. The food was also great value for money, much cheaper than around the Grand Lisboa area. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and even upgraded our room, which made for a super enjoyable trip!
The hotel was very good and staff friendly but in the last day we needed to go to Mainland through Zhuhai train station and we asked them to help us with taxi but was very crowded and in the end suggested us to take a publicbus but the instructions were not very clear and we almost lost the train. We waited a lot at the bus stop very crowded. We preferred that they suggest other options like free shuttle bus from casinos that they will bring you to the train station
The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute bus ride from Macau Airport, and the bus stop is right there. The building is also easy to spot. The front desk is small, but the room itself isn't tiny and is quite clean. There are plenty of power outlets, so I didn't even need my converter. The two beds are very large, and the pillows were more comfortable than any I've had in hotels back home in China. There aren't many food options or convenience stores right downstairs, but just around the corner are Rua da Cunha and Taipa Houses-Museum. Along the way, you'll find popular tea restaurants and supermarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to Taipa Houses-Museum and about 10 minutes to Rua da Cunha. From there, it's another 10-15 minute walk to large hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner, which is incredibly convenient and saves a lot on taxi fares. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the front desk service. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. I arrived at 1 PM, left my luggage at the front desk, and went out for lunch. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. The front desk initially said they would arrange a mountain view room for me when I came back at 3 PM, which I thought was a nice touch. However, when I returned at 3 PM, I was told the mountain view room still needed cleaning and would take another 40 minutes to an hour. Ugh. So, I ended up in a city view room right next to the elevator, and I could hear the elevator dinging all night.
It was the best boutique hotel I ever experienced. We stayed 4days3nights there. Fast check-in, friendly staff especially Selene who help us with the check-in process, she gave the room that I request-high floor, near lift& room with a view of Macao tower. Selene handed out 2 roses for us. 🥰🥰🥰Such a sweet gesture. Fullly equiped hotel with AI toilet bowl, Dyson hair dryer, coffee machine & complimentary nail clipper. There is paid laundry area with iron& resting area with microwave& complimentary oats&tea!
Hotel S even gave us a complimentary photo at their rooftop bar as a memory with Macau tower as a background. Thank you Hotel S for making our stay a memorable one!Highly recommended hotel to stay in Macao!
The hotel has a perfect location close to the historic center, with all major attractions within walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby, which makes it very convenient to reach other parts of the city.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. A great option for exploring the city and very good value for the location. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.
😽 **Hardware Facilities & Living Experience** 😽 The hotel exterior boasts a luxurious feel, and the lobby's design is understated yet elegant, creating a sophisticated and grand ambiance. Our deluxe twin room had a fantastic vibe, with soft and comfortable bedding and a mattress that offered excellent support, ensuring a great night's sleep. The smart toilet was spotlessly clean, with quality evident in every detail.
😽 **Service Quality & Attentive Care** 😽 From the booking stage all the way through to departure, the hotel team demonstrated professional and thoughtful service. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped us store our luggage, and the warm greetings from the lobby staff immediately made us feel welcome. The 24-hour front desk was reassuring. When I called guest services in the evening, housekeeping responded quickly. The staff skillfully answered all my questions, and issues were handled efficiently and thoroughly. The call center staff spoke standard Mandarin and had a friendly demeanor.
😽 **Location & Surroundings** 😽 The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Golden Lotus Square. The surrounding transportation network is comprehensive, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions or reaching transport hubs, saving a lot of time during our trip. If you have enough time, you can also take a leisurely stroll around the city center, and it's very convenient to go to the Ruins of St. Paul's for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Very Good
GGuest UserTraveling with my sister, we had a whirlwind day exploring Macau on foot. This hotel was incredibly easy to find and super close to the bus stop – just a short walk away. We unexpectedly discovered a famous dessert place called Yang Zhi Jin Lao right next door, a must-try! Unfortunately, it was too crowded to get in. There's also a highly recommended spicy and sour noodle shop nearby, less than 100 meters away, which was delicious 😋. And for dim sum, I'd suggest the Jin Yue Xuan restaurant, also within 100 meters.

LLeshanjujunIt's a bit old, but offers great value for money. The location is good. I just wish it were cleaner. I can accept older facilities, but hygiene is a must. I felt the area under the pillow wasn't very clean, possibly due to dampness. The bed should really be disinfected, otherwise, you risk getting bitten by mites. I almost deducted another star, but then I thought better of it.

VVHIC DGI super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and casino! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible.
My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.
HheiheiheiheiyThe location is excellent, quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Yesterday, I was rushing to catch a flight and was a bit pressed for time. I asked the front desk staff for help with a taxi, and thanks to his assistance, we made it to the airport successfully. Thank you! Every staff member had a great attitude. The breakfast was also very good, especially the pork chop bun, which was delicious.

Ssilverwings001Finding a hotel for around 500 MOP in Macau, a place where every inch is precious, is quite a feat, though the price jumps to over 800 MOP on weekends. The hotel's location is excellent; right outside and across a footbridge, you're at the entrance of Galaxy's Diamond Lobby, where you can catch a shuttle. If you prefer not to take the shuttle, there's a bus stop just a short walk to the left from the hotel entrance, making public transport very convenient. The room window offers a direct river view, which is pretty much a stunning sea view room. The hotel booking also included complimentary tickets for the Studio City Golden Reel Ferris wheel, which was a great deal. Broadway Macau is a short walk to the right of the hotel; taking the small alleyway makes it even quicker. Broadway has a snack street with plenty of food options. Plus, ordering takeout to the room is super easy, though it only gets delivered to the takeout pickup area on the ground floor, so you need to collect it yourself. The hotel feels quite new; the lobby on the first floor has an English style, and the rooms are compact but very clean.
