GGuest UserYou can tell this hotel has been around for a while, probably near the train station. The facilities are a bit dated, but it's very clean, and the service is great. It's right next to the train station square, though taxis can't drop you directly at the entrance. It's perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early train to catch.

FFaFaTigerPleasantly surprised! I had an early train to catch the next day, so I just picked a hotel near Xining Station, and it turned out to be brand new! The room was spacious, all the facilities were new, and it even had air conditioning. It was my first time seeing a transparent display on the central AC unit, and the bathroom slippers even came with disposable covers!

LLongshilongThe lady at the front desk upgraded me to a King room for free when I checked in. The room was pretty good, though a little on the small side, perfect for a leisure trip. The window faced the street, so it was very airy, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a big TV. Breakfast was really convenient, as the restaurant is just inside the hallway on the second floor.

However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty.
The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building.
The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty)
Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient downtown location, and the front desk staff are excellent! Plus, there's free parking and a good breakfast. The only downside is that with several hotels sharing the same elevators, there's often a long wait. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Hygiene: The hygiene is also good, no strange smells nearby.
Environment: I was really disappointed with the soundproofing in room 1320; it's practically non-existent. I could hear every conversation from upstairs clearly. I don't know about the other rooms.

GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – I slept like a log! The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in, check-out, and getting an invoice were all quick and efficient. The location is super convenient, with the Daxinjie Night Market and Xiaguanguan Street nearby, offering plenty of delicious local food. There's also a fantastic hand-grabbed lamb restaurant not far from the hotel, which the front desk recommended, and it was really good. It was cloudy during my stay, but thankfully the room had air conditioning. This is one of the few hotels in Xining with independent AC. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next loop trip.

Facilities: Overall, the room facilities are decent, pretty much standard for the Huazhu Group.
Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. We are quite clean ourselves, so we brought disposable toilet seat covers and tissues to lay on the vanity. Because we were worried about altitude sickness, we only did a simple wash-up and didn't really use the shower.
Environment: The environment is okay. After looking around, I feel this hotel is one of the better ones.
Service: The front desk lady proactively upgraded my room type. She upgraded it without even telling me, and when I opened the room door, I found that the twin room with 1.2-meter beds had been changed to one double bed and one single bed, much larger! I was so surprised and felt genuinely touched! The lady was so kind; seeing that I had an older child with me, she just went straight to the best solution without saying a word. Thank you for your warmth!

GGuest UserThe decoration of the room is light and luxurious, the stairs are equipped with induction light belts, the glass guardrails are transparent and beautiful, and the atmosphere of the lights is directly full at night, and the photos are especially filmed. The second floor is a separate sleep area, separated from movement and quiet, and the rest is very quiet. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the blackout curtains are very effective, and I sleep until dawn. There is also a leisure area downstairs, whether it is a leisure seat or a simple office is very convenient. The overall is clean and tidy, the design is full, the stay experience is far more than ordinary rooms, it is not wrong to choose this one, and I will stay next time!

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was so kind and upgraded our room for free. The hotel has a laundry room, which is really convenient for travelers. They also offer parking. The room was very spacious, with no unpleasant smells. The hotel's decor is unique and the soundproofing is excellent, so we had a very peaceful sleep. Right next door is their Baojie (Leopard Street), making dining very convenient. They even provide disposable toilet seat covers, which is a nice touch!
