The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed train station. The rooms are quite spacious, although the hotel's orientation has some drawbacks. West-facing rooms get uncomfortably hot from the afternoon sun, while north-facing rooms experience some train noise. The noise, however, is tolerable and definitely preferable to the heat of the west-facing rooms. Regarding service, the front desk staff were excellent. However, the room attendant (housekeeping staff) had a very poor attitude. Cleanliness was a major issue: I found stains on the bedsheets. When I requested a change, the attendant was visibly annoyed. The overall room cleaning was terrible, with stains on both the sheets and towels. After numerous trips, this is the first time I've ever encountered dirty bed linen and towels in a hotel. Even the tissue box was poorly managed; after the top layer, the tissues underneath were completely disarranged and crumpled, looking like previously used ones that hadn't been properly tidied or replaced. Some even seemed partially used and just pushed back into the box, leaving me unsure if any used tissues had actually been removed.

【A Truly Great Value Stay】 I chose this hotel for a business trip/leisure travel and was pleasantly surprised. ✅ Location & Transport: It's very close to the subway station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. ✅ Room Cleanliness: As soon as I walked in, it felt very clean. The sheets and towels were spotless white, with no strange odors. The bathroom drain worked perfectly, showing great attention to detail. ✅ Service Attitude: Everyone from the concierge to the front desk was very polite and greeted me proactively. When I contacted room service with an issue, their response was very prompt. ✅ Breakfast & Facilities: The breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and tasted good. The gym and laundry room, though not large, were perfectly adequate. 🌟 Highlights: The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered an amazing view of the city/mountains.

Service: The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful; I truly couldn't fault anything. The front desk even proactively offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Cleanliness: The room was immaculately clean, tidy, and had no unpleasant odors. Facilities: I was impressed by the wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The washbasin was conveniently located right by the entrance, and to my pleasant surprise, hand soap was provided – a very practical touch. The shower and toilet being separate was also a fantastic design choice! The only issue was that the room felt quite stuffy and warm. We visited Xining at the end of July, and the room caught a lot of sun in the afternoon. The heat seemed to linger even into the night, and despite opening the windows, it remained warm. On the bright side, our laundry dried incredibly quickly! Location: The hotel's location is convenient. There's a convenience store immediately to the left of the entrance, perfect for grabbing supplies. Getting to the hotel from the airport was easy: take the shuttle bus to the train station (approx. 35 minutes), which drops you off near a bus stop. From there, take bus 106 for two stops, and you'll spot the hotel sign right across the street.

This hotel accepts foreigners. Great quality for the price. The hotel is a bit dated but still very nice. The room floor was not the cleanest but the room was very comfortable and had everything we could need. The bed was the best. The staff although they didn't speak English were very nice, responding to our questions using the translation devices. Great location to visit the mosque too.

As a frequent business traveler, this hotel perfectly met my needs. The high-speed Wi-Fi was consistently smooth, making video conferences seamless. The workspace was spacious and brightly lit, with ideal lighting for productivity. Breakfast was plentiful and left me feeling energized for my meetings. The biggest bonus was the in-room washer-dryer; it was incredibly convenient to be able to wash and dry my clothes. The hotel also features meeting rooms, which are incredibly handy for last-minute client meetings. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the city.

The mattress was so comfortable I wished I could take it home with me! I was genuinely sad to leave at check-out, and I've already enthusiastically recommended it to all my siblings, LOL. The hotel service was so exceptional, I honestly felt like a VIP, even though I'm just a regular guest! The quality you get for this price point is truly astonishing – far superior to other hotels in the same area.

The hotel is very clean! ! ! ! It's not a hostel. The price-performance ratio is very high. There is a parking lot in the hotel, which is very convenient for self-driving. The breakfast is rich and good. This price is already the ceiling. The front desk lady is also good. One helps to look after the luggage and the other helps me print things. The attitude is very good! ! ! ! Super satisfied

Room was spacious but somewhat worn, with minor stained bedding, dingy shower floor and a very old water kettle. Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.
