My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, not only greeting every guest with a smile but also ensuring everyone felt right at home with their thoughtful and meticulous service. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority. The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level. This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!

Traveling with friends, I saw online that this hotel had excellent service. The front desk promptly resolved any issues we had. The room facilities were complete, and the location was convenient. We're very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is superb, with a subway station right downstairs. It's just a 5-minute walk to ”The Song of Everlasting Sorrow” and Huaqing Palace. The entire building where the hotel is located is full of restaurants, which is incredibly convenient. The owner saw I was traveling with a child and upgraded us for free from a 1.5-meter bed to a 1.8-meter king bed, fearing the original might not be big enough. The room was also much larger. The owner is truly so kind and thoughtful! ❤️❤️❤️ The afternoon tea was fantastic, and they even provided breakfast in the morning. It really felt like coming home! We were so lucky to find such a wonderful guesthouse and such a great owner. I wish the hotel fully booked every day, thriving business, and endless prosperity!

The room was really spacious, and the air conditioning kept it nice and warm. Service was prompt, and it offered great value for money. The location is also fantastic, right near Damok City and very close to the subway station. Plus, there are plenty of snack shops, malls, and public transport options nearby, making everything super convenient.

The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was excellent. The host's place has parking available, and a 20kW charging pile which is super convenient. The host even drove us to the tourist service center and picked us up from the inn after we finished exploring. On the first floor, you can grab a bite to eat. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person and includes thick purple rice porridge, an egg, unlimited side dishes, and steamed buns. For lunch, they offer biangbiang noodles and various homemade dishes. Highly recommend!

The location of this traditional hostel next to the city walls was very convenient and close to a metro station and at walking distance of some of the city landmarks. The room was very clean, beautiful traditional style, very comfortable beds & cosy bedlinen. Good water pressure. No noise at night time as double windows. Little offer of food and drinks at the cafe on the ground floor but many places nearby to eat and drink. I do recommend it!

1. **Perfect Location:** Right next to Dachaishi Metro Station, transportation is incredibly convenient, making it easy to reach all major city attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so getting around and finding food is a breeze. 2. **Spotless Cleanliness:** The room was tidy and odorless. The desk, floor, and bathroom were all impeccably clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. There was ample hot water, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. 3. **Attentive Service:** Check-in and check-out were very fast, and the staff were friendly and responsive to requests. The service experience was excellent. 4. **Outstanding Value for Money:** The price was affordable, and the stay experience far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Xi'an. I sincerely recommend it to all tourists!

Arriving weary and tired to be welcomed by lively, friendly locals having drinks by the roof terrace pool. This is not the welcome I expected to Xi’an at all! But it was very fun. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I understood what was going on, and striving to make adjustments to my booking details where necessary. The distance from the centre means much less traffic when travelling to and from the station or other sites - making the location very convenient. The food and drinks by the roof terrace have a very wide selection, which is all delicious and comes with great service. I would definitely stay again.

I chose this Xingcheng Hotel primarily for its excellent location, being only about a 10-minute walk from the Bell Tower, which made getting around very convenient. However, the hotel doesn't have its own dedicated parking area. Cars can only drop off and pick up passengers temporarily on the main road, after which you have to drag your luggage and walk into the hotel. If you're arriving by subway, the nearest exit to the hotel doesn't have a downward escalator, which might be a slight inconvenience for travelers with heavy luggage. The hotel lobby has a unique design with several photo-op spots, and the overall environment is comfortable and has a nice atmosphere.
