I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. The location is perfect, right at the foot of Mount Hua, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center, and parking is convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and you can see the mountain view as soon as you open the window. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. The owner even picked us up from the mountain and prepared hot water and ginger tea for us. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with no hidden fees, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Mount Hua.

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

On my first night, the front desk lady with short hair was really kind and even helped me inquire about my delivery. However, the older woman with glasses who took over in the morning was very unfriendly. The hotel advertised a washing machine, but there was no dryer, which makes doing laundry inconvenient. When I asked the woman with glasses how to use it, she was very agitated and impatient. Downstairs, there were also people from other travel agencies, dressed in suits, trying to sell tours. They didn't initially state they were from a travel agency, which led me to mistakenly think they were hotel staff. As for the food, the hotel partners with another restaurant, and the selection is very limited. After about two days, you won't want to eat there anymore because it's always the same repetitive dishes. The location is great though. Right outside the hotel, there are many night market food stalls, and it's a very short walk to the subway station.

The hotel was in the perfect location the Muslim quarter was a 10-15 minute walk away and there is restaurants and convenience stores right outside as well so there is literally so many options. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel provided breakfast at the restaurant next door which I found to be ok - only issue was that they had toast but no butter or jam to go with it only ketchup. They don’t have the air con on during winter time but they did provide a portable air con for us although the gesture was nice it didn’t do much to cool the room. So just be aware although it is advertised as there being an aircon it’s only available for hot air during winter

The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – it was quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. They were also very responsive to any requests. The room facilities were complete, with stable hot water and a well-functioning air conditioner, making the overall experience cozy and comfortable. It's incredibly good value for money, with a clean and elegant environment. I had a really pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is super convenient, right near Wulukou subway station. Getting around by metro, bus, or shared bikes is a breeze, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Xi'an Railway Station. A big thank you to the lovely front desk staff who proactively upgraded my room type! I stayed for three nights, and the room was tidied up by the cleaning staff every morning after I left – hygiene was great, and the soundproofing was really good too, making for a quiet stay. For breakfast, the two hot and two cold dishes were different every day. You can also cook your own noodles or toast bread. Steamed corn, pumpkin buns, hard-boiled eggs, soy milk, and congee were available daily, but there was no coffee. You can get tea from the lobby. Xi'an is a city rich in history and culture, with so much delicious food and fun things to do. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely fantastic! The hotel even offers a complimentary airport shuttle, which is super convenient since it's only a 10-minute drive away. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for business travelers. The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and efficient during check-in, paying attention to every detail ❤️! I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room – spotless! The bedding smelled fresh, like sunshine, clearly well-maintained. I instantly felt relaxed. The breakfast selection was also very diverse. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I've already recommended it to my friends! 🌟

The newly opened Hanting, the front desk is very warm, the backyard can be free parking, breakfast has a coffee machine, and the new equipment in the laundry room is clean. Behind the hotel is a bus terminal, so no one will be cleaner at night without a car. There was no second-hand smoke floating in from the downstairs pipe like other Hanting in the room. recommend

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay this time, so I absolutely have to write a glowing review. When I was checking in, I had a lot of luggage and several carry-on items. The front desk staff saw this and immediately offered to help, escorting me all the way to the elevator. It was incredibly thoughtful. After checking into my room, I realized I'd forgotten some personal essentials. I contacted the front desk, and a staff member quickly brought them up. They were so kind and patient, solving my little problem. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. The lighting was great, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to rest peacefully at night. The hotel's location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It offers great value for money. What truly touched me was on the day of checkout: I accidentally left a small item in my room. By the time I realized it, I was already about to leave. When the front desk found out, they immediately contacted housekeeping, who quickly located and secured it. They even brought it to me in the lobby, preventing an unnecessary loss. The overall service was meticulous and attentive, always putting the guest first, which made me feel warm and secure. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return and sincerely recommend it to everyone.
