We were very satisfied with our stay. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. We stayed on the 2nd floor with a window facing the street. Some street noise but not a problem at all for us. We didn't need the room to be cleaned daily and the cleaner checked in with us often in case we needed any extra like new towels and stuff. The location is a little further out from the Bell Tower also not a problem for us as we enjoyed the walk and the Metro Stop is really close by. If you intend to walk on Xi'An Ancient Wall. It's also right around the corner. you will start from the West Gate Tower Gate. Overall, we are very happy. Oh, extra points for the free laundry/dryer. Super helpful as we are on the road for a month. Staff were really friendly.

This was my first time staying solo in a hotel in China. And what a lovely experience! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even though my Chinese is limited. I had no issues at all! I felt very safe at all times. The room was very large and the bed was so comfortable!! There was a bathtub and desk And good AC. The room was kept tidy and they restocked the water and even orange juice in the fridge!  they also offer a handful experience for a reduced price which was definitely worth it! The women who did the handful experience were so friendly!! I would 100% recommend this hotel! It’s also very easy to find on the map as it is so close to the ancient city wall, within walking distance to the Bell Tower and close to a lovely park and convenience shop . 

Receptionists Ms Xie so friendly n helpful, all housekeepers r polite, room big n clean, location is super wonderful, my friend said next time she sure stay back this place again.

The location is central. We enjoyed the night scenes on the Drum Tower and our walks to the Bell Tower. We only figured out the shortcut through the hotel lobby to the main street on our 3rd night. We had always used the side entrance as that's where we dropped off from our Didi rides. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend this Ibis. (This was posted on behalf of my parents, who stayed in a super twin room.)

Ibis hotels are good and this one is also good ☺️ Free water, tea, breakfast is absolutely amazing yummy 😋 😋 People on the reception were helpful. They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

My flight arrive around 2am. First time First time to Xian. Called hotel responded by sending a van tonpick. Checking in was quick. The room was clean, welcoming. All amenities in working condition except the hotel phone. So have to go downstairs to book van trip. Enquiries. Quite inconvenient. Breakfast is local food. No bread, coffee . Overall experience is good.

The hotel is fine, but the pictures are way too flattering. All in all it is clean but decadent, flakey walls and broken things (like the shower nozzle or the shower door). It's cheap, so you get what you pay for, I guess, and our stay wasn't unpleasant. Clean sheets and very kind staff, free laundry service help having a good memory, but the noisy street and the view on a narrow alleyway in front of a tall building don't.

The hotel is really clean and good service from the staff at front desk. Comfortable bedding and shower with good water pressure, nothing bad about this place. The only thing will be location of the hotel is a bit of a walk to train station, but it’s not a big issue. Will stay here again when back in Xi’An

Really nice hotel, we felt very welcome! All thanx to miss Xiao! Great services like bottleneck water available and free clothes washfacility (washing and drying combinations, very handy for a travelling family). Very nice and spacious room with a couch and table. We had a nice water / movietheme wall that my child really liked. Big toilet and shower area and nice soft and big towels, also all kinds of items that you could wish for if you had forgotten them yourself; combs, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, slippers, etc., etc. Also clotheshangers and area available for coats and like. That together with a retractable clothesline are really handy for hanging clothes to dry. And a waterboiler, tea and cups (and bottled water as said before) are also available. The breakfast is nice and has a combination of continental and Chinese items available. Also always a selection of drinks and a selection of fruits available. Nice and quiet area with nice seating and tables available. Very relaxed. Not forgetting the A-type location, in the center of Xi'an, near the Bell Tower, right at a food market, near small supermarkets and a shopping center, really close to the subway network (really easy to use). The muslimquarter is at a walking distance. Lots of areas in the city center are at a walking distance because of the central location. Taxis are also readily available. The hotel also has touristic destination travel services available. This is a hotel that I will come back to. Great experience!

The capsule hotel is located just beside arrival side of Terminal 3 Xisnyang Airport, which is nice as I could immediately take my rest as I arrived at 12.30am. The capsule is clean and smell nice. There are soft and hard pillow with blanket. You can adjust the aircon fan speed and reading light. It's quiet as most people go there for nap or sleep before they move on with their journey.

I stayed for a total of 7 nights in two separate bookings. The Trip.com member benefits included breakfast and room upgrades, but at check-in I was assigned a 17m2 room without an upgrade. I wasn't too concerned about the size of the room, but I chose this hotel because I was looking for a place to stay with a refrigerator, so I protested when the room I was assigned didn't have a refrigerator. They then upgraded me to a 23m2 room. I paid a cash deposit of 100 RMB when I checked in and left my suitcase at the front desk when I checked out, but I was a little worried because the management didn't give me a receipt. The room was clean and there were no signs of bedbugs on the bed. The hot water in the bathroom came out immediately, but the drainage was a little poor. The refrigerator was a small-capacity type with a shallow depth, so it was a little difficult to use, but I was able to use it to cool fruit and yogurt. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious, so I looked forward to it every morning. Overall, I am mostly satisfied with my 7-night, 8-day stay.

The lobby feels clean and comfortable as soon as you enter it. The front desk service is also very good. I went there around 12 o'clock in the evening on September 1st. The lady was very gentle and patient. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel facilities and equipment are complete. The hotel is separated from Huimin Street by one street and Xiaonanmen by two streets. Overall, it is good.

Amazing hotel. We booked the largest queen room. It was very spacious and provided a very nice rest before we took off again. We stayed for two nights in total, and wish we could have stayed longer. Within a 5 minute car ride away, you can experience local food and get a nice foot massage. In addition to the amazing room, the staff was extremely helpful as well. The front desk assistant with glasses was very helpful and made our trip very smooth and peaceful. Morning breakfast was great as well. The noodle soup was great, and a nice taste of Xi'an noodles, if you aren't able to explore more. Highly recommend.

The hotel facilities and equipment are quite new, the hygiene is also very good, the airport pick-up is also fast and convenient, the front desk check-in is very enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to send fruits, and also sent slippers and toothbrushes for children. The hotel exceeded my expectations, the room was spacious and clean, and the stay was very comfortable. In particular, I would like to praise Master Li for picking up the plane. We delayed the plane to the airport some nights. After landing, we contacted the hotel. Master Li patiently explained that we were waiting at 222. Master Li asked us if we had eaten, took the trouble to introduce the monuments along the way, and told us that we could go shopping in those nearby the next morning. After arriving at the hotel door, let us not care about the luggage. He was responsible for helping. It was so intimate! When I left the hotel the next day, I met him again when I went out. Master Li put down his things and was busy greeting us. He helped pull the luggage and hurriedly told the master who sent the plane to open the air conditioner. It’s great to have Master Li so enthusiastic and enthusiastic about you in Xi’an! ! !

The room is very new and clean. I like staying at the All Seasons every time. The breakfast is also very good. I came to Xianyang for a business trip and haven't stayed at this hotel for a long time. Considering that I took the subway to Xi'an in Xianyang the next day, there was a subway entrance downstairs in this hotel, and I chose this hotel. On the whole, the hotel can still be justified, after all, it is an old star hotel. But the service staff at the front desk of the hotel is estimated to be new. I opened an invoice. I waited for 5 hours to receive it. I called several times and really shouldn't.

Greatly impressed and absolutely satisfied with our stay here. The owner / manager Shi and her family members were extremely friendly and helpful, they did their best to help us, independent foreign toursits traveling to China for the first time, to have successful and unforgettable experiences with our hike to Mt Huashan. Everything is perfect for us: location, facilities of the hotel, free service of picking up, dropping off at train station, Huashan visitor Center, buying online in advance for us all necessary tickets for our hike to Mt Huashan next day,… Certainly I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends when they travel to Huashan.

The owner is a very nice woman who helped me with the pick up to the foot of the Huashan mountain from where I started my way up. The room was clean and comfortable. The only trouble (as usually in China😬) was the old ladies horse-running along the corridor and screaming and shouting from 5-6 a.m. Probably, they were the hotel guests. One of them banging on the door of my room untill the security signal response, when it was still dark. When I opened the door, the lady seemed to get the wrong place, but she didn't even ask an excuse. As I understood, it is quite a normal practice 🤪 Anyway, I enjoyed my trip, and Huashan is really magestic!!!!

This place is run by a very kind couple, they will take care of you fully through your entire stay in Huayin town! We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great! The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

The B&B is right at the bottom of Huashan Mountain. It is suitable for traveling to Huashan Mountain. The room is clean and the view outside the window is very good. I live on the second floor and have a mountain view outside the window. This time I traveled alone and climbed Mount Huashan twice. Once I set out to climb the North Peak in the afternoon, and once I set off to climb the North Peak and the Five Peaks at 5:30 in the morning, the boss was very enthusiastic and insisted on picking up and dropping off no matter what time. The boss is a local and is very familiar with tourism. , the first floor is a restaurant where the owner and his family have experience. The taste is very good. I recommend the stir-fried pork with mu shu and bamboo shoots. It is a local home-style stir-fry. I especially ate the mu shu three times in a row. If you come to Huashan, you will definitely come here. try

He also picked me up when I went hiking the next day. It was a perfect one-stop service🤙 Facilities: Very complete. The shower toilets are of high quality. Squatting on the toilet is convenient for the wind from the mountains to blow over. It is very comfortable. It is a very quiet and comfortable environment. The hotel's location is very close to the Hua Shan tourist center and is a convenient place to stay. The hotel staff drove me to the tourist center in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon once I finished hiking. The room was very clean, with snacks and drinks (including bottles of water) for sale in the lobby downstairs. The hotel also has an extensive food menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to order from. The hotel staff also drove me to the train station when I left, and they were very understanding and helpful with my questions.

This is the first time I seriously evaluate a hotel!!! I didn't get a double bed room, so I booked a twin bed. There is a stadium outside the window, with a good view. The whole house is smart, which makes me suspect that the boss is a second-generation entrepreneur. Although I don't like smart curtains, the boss's service is also very good. If there is a problem with the kettle, he will immediately replace it with a new one and send two bottles of water. It's the first time I enjoy the trea**ent of a beautiful woman driving an Audi to pick me up at the station. The next day, I decided to go hiking. Another guy drove to the tourist center and parked on the side of the road to wait for me to buy breakfast. Seeing that I bought dry food, he reminded me to buy some soy milk or something. I am so grateful, so I bought a cup to thank him haha. The hotel can buy tickets on behalf of others, but they just put a sign there, not pushing it hard, very friendly and comfortable. On the way to the tourist center, they also reminded me of other precautions. A happy, satisfactory and lucky stay experience! !! The hygiene is clean and tidy, the service is in place, and it is close to the tourist center and the city. Everything is great! I wish the boss a prosperous business, keep it up, and I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

Very close to the scenic spot, the hotel room is not small, very in line with the Magnolia standard, the front desk clerk is very enthusiastic to inform how to go up the mountain, there are many restaurants nearby suitable for a good night before climbing the mountain

This time I came out on a whim, just to take the children out and stay away from mobile phones, so I left in a hurry. I didn't make a guide to Huashan, thinking that everything would be fine if I bought a cable car ticket. I found out on the train that I had to buy tickets, but the tickets on the official website were sold out. I had to embark on the journey, and my wife encouraged me to say that it was okay, as long as I came out, it didn't matter where I went, I would try my luck, and I was a little calmer. I kept swiping tickets on the train, but to no avail. So I put my hope on the god of luck. When I checked in at our protagonist hotel, I told my situation to our front desk staff. She immediately left my mobile phone number and said she would help me contact her, which was very comforting. Because May Day was too hot, I made many calls, but to no avail. So they gave me some advice. During this process, there were two other people who were traveling by car but didn't have tickets. Thanks to the help of the hotel staff, they bought tickets for the night climb and asked me if I was interested. They could help me introduce them to take a ride with them. Although I felt it was not appropriate, I gradually calmed down my self-blame and regret. Even if I didn't climb Huashan, I thought it was worth it to meet such enthusiastic service. Fortunately, with my continuous efforts to swipe tickets, the god of luck really came. I actually missed two tickets for the next morning. I was so lucky. But the problem came again. The child's ticket was not bought, so I sought help from the service staff again. This time I was lucky to meet the boss's wife again. I called an acquaintance in the scenic area directly and told them about our situation. As a result, it met the special ticket type and I just needed to go to the ticket office to make up the ticket. Happy 😁, the ticket problem was finally solved. The rest is what the hotel is good at, enthusiastic service. 1. Help us make a car according to our itinerary. 2. The hotel's food is delicious and suits my taste. 3. Many people in the hotel get up early to go up the mountain, and they also moved up the breakfast time. 4. The more considerate service is that when we came back from the mountain, the itinerary changed, and it was raining, so we had to check out and catch the bus. The hotel specially sent a car to take us to the high-speed rail station. I am very grateful for the enthusiastic help of the hotel staff this time. So if you want to have a comfortable and quiet trip, I recommend you to come to this hotel.
