Maggie was super helpful, friendly, and kind. All of the other receptionists were also very helpful and welcoming. They helped me figure out where to go and what to explore. This location is within walking distance of Chunxi Road, so it’s easy to get to all the shops and fun spots.

The room was clean and bright, with complete facilities and excellent hygiene. The bedding was spotless, creating a very comfortable living environment. Downstairs, you're right in a bustling commercial area and close to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, the price was really affordable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

Honestly, this is perfect if you want a budget hotel for long layover because they also provide picku& dropoff airport BUT you gotta be good at chinese coz their staff cant speak english. I have a hard time booking for airport pickup (the only way to book was to call them. no email, no texting) and I ended calling for a didi service to reach their hotel. Their hotel is soso but clean enough. Except the water drainage in the shower was clogged lol. They also provide breakfast with chinese menu

My experience at the hotel was very quiet, even with works happening nearby, I had no problems with noise and I was able to sleep peacefully, very quiet. Clean with a large and comfortable bed, hot shower water and with great pressure, besides the towels are big and soft. That's great! About the location, very close to the attractions and for those who like hiking, very accessible to go to the giant budha walking, it was quick and you could get to know a little more of the city. I would definitely come back, I loved the stay and recommend it

This hotel has a classic, elegant style. I was transferring at Shuangliu Airport, and it was very convenient to take Line 10 to the hotel; it's right outside the subway exit. Across the street, there are several old hot pot restaurants and many local snacks like Laoma Tihua, Dandan Noodles, and Chuan Chuan Xiang. While it's close to tourist spots like Wuhou Temple, Jinli, and Kuanzhai Alley, it might not be as vibrant in some aspects as Yulin Street, but overall, it's still good. Chengdu's food never disappoints in flavor, though prices might be a bit higher – a Laoma Tihua for 40 yuan, for example, is something to consider. The hotel rooms are relatively small, but I absolutely loved the antique-style solid wood furnishings. The facilities are very complete, especially the canopy bed – it felt really special to sleep in. There's even a note by the bed stating it's worth millions, quite impressive! The bedding was also good. The only issue is its proximity to the subway; the subway practically runs directly beneath the hotel, so you can hear some noise. However, the subway stops at night, so it didn't affect my sleep.

The front desk staff were all smiles, not only quickly checking me in but also thoughtfully providing information on the gym and laundry room hours. They even proactively asked if I needed extra pillows or blankets. These thoughtful details instantly made a great impression. The guest room was an even bigger surprise. Upon entering, the room was impeccably clean and tidy, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly; lying down felt like sinking into a cloud, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep until morning. Outside the window, I had a view of quiet city streets or lush greenery, and drawing the curtains in the morning revealed a refreshing scene that instantly lifted my spirits. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-designed and spacious. The toiletries had a subtle woody scent, produced fine lather, and rinsed off easily, their quality on par with boutique brands. Even the hairdryer's power and water temperature control were perfect – a detail-oriented person like me was truly impressed. What left the deepest impression was the hotel's incredibly responsive service. One evening, I noticed a minor issue with the air conditioner's fan speed control. After calling the front desk, a maintenance person arrived in less than 5 minutes, quickly fixed the problem, and even checked other facilities to ensure they were working correctly. Before leaving, they specifically reminded me to contact them anytime if I needed anything. This efficient and attentive service made me feel completely at ease. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, and within 500 meters, there's a 24-hour convenience store, chain noodle shops, and local specialty snack bars. This was incredibly convenient whether I needed a late-night snack or wanted to find food during the day, completely making up for the slight regret of no breakfast. Upon check-out, the staff proactively asked about my stay, helped me call a taxi, and kindly reminded me to check for any forgotten items in my luggage. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of warmth to my entire trip. If I ever visit this city again, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel without hesitation. It not only provides a comfortable accommodation environment but also uses its ubiquitous details and genuine service to make every guest feel the warmth of 'home.' Such a hotel truly deserves all the praise!

The high-floor room offered a great ambiance and a fantastic view from the large bay window. The amenities were comprehensive, including an induction hob, a mini-fridge, and a washing machine, and the customer service was excellent! The subway entrance is just a short walk downstairs, making it convenient to get anywhere! Plus, I even got a free room upgrade!

This is hotel I like the most in my trip. The staffs are extremely friendly, they explain to you everything about Siguaniang moutain, and advice you where to go, even take you a ride for free to Chenpinggou. Remember to drop off at Chengpinggou (the first stop) if you have a bus from Chengdu to Xiaojin. The room has incredible view to the mountain in the opposite. There is a public community room that you can chill and enjoy your meal with friends or family. It's about 2.2 km from Chenpinggou (the 1st bus stop from Chengdu)

The room was very clean and bright, and the facilities were great. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and they even upgraded our room for free. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, and it's very close to the ancient city scenic area. This will be my top choice for my next visit. Five-star rating all around!

Amazing hotel for a great price! Located right next to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, you can walk easily to subway stations and attractions. Rooms were clean and spacious, but what really stood out was the service. Every time I asked the front desk a question, they would respond immediately and were always super helpful and polite. Genuinely can’t recommend this hotel enough if you’re looking for a great value stay in Chengdu!
