This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The convenience factor is off the charts, way beyond five stars! Right outside, there's an abundance of food and shops, truly bursting with local flavor. In the mornings, you'll see many people trading caterpillar fungus, often much cheaper than in stores. Evenings bring fresh vegetables and fruits, incredibly fresh, along with local snacks. You absolutely have to try the yogurt! Next door to the hotel is a very clean restaurant. The owner is super nice and will even give you extra noodles for your dish. Their pickled radish is especially delicious. The hotel owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. We booked a standard room, but he upgraded us to a family room – a really spacious one! He also told us about local customs and traditions, which was very kind. And there's a Labrador named Kara, she's absolutely adorable and very friendly!

Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

Facilities: Complete facilities, humidifier is good Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has no odor. Environment: It is close to the commercial Shenli Plaza and is convenient for access. Service: The service is good, and the most important thing is that the breakfast is good.

I booked this hotel for a three day stay and had an amazing time. The front desk staff and the third-floor restaurant team were incredibly kind, sweet, polite, and respectful. The food was not only super delicious but also reasonably priced. The bathroom and blankets in the room were all spotlessly clean. It’s absolutely worth a visit – I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lhasa who’s struggling to pick a place to stay. You won’t regret booking here.

Location: There is a big sign on the wall of the roadside building, and the hotel name can be clearly seen. The hotel is located a little bit on the roadside, and there is a large parking lot in the yard; there are many ******* restaurants across the road~ but there is no smoke and noise! Transportation: Cross the road to the bus station. It only takes 3 stops to take the bus from Barkhor Street to the hotel. It is still very convenient~ You can see a small square along the way. You can see ******* aunts dancing together at dinner time Environment: There is no air conditioning, but there is floor heating, so there is no noise trouble in the room. The room is clean and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and there is plenty of hot water in the bathroom! The hair dryer will cut off the power at high temperature, and the safety awareness is very sufficient! The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and watching TV is also very enjoyable. The key point is the aromatherapy on the washbasin, the smell is really comfortable! It smells good and not pungent. I personally feel that it is more comfortable than most four-star hotels. The only shortcoming is that the bathroom overflows a little, but fortunately it is now unblocked. Feeling: Sister Ruyi at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helps solve problems. She also sincerely asks for suggestions and opinions on the room when checking out, which is helpful for the improvement of the hotel. The other service staff were also very enthusiastic! The elevator of the hotel was out of order during the two days I stayed there, but a service guy was very proactive and enthusiastic to help us carry two large boxes to the second floor, and helped us carry them downstairs when we checked out. He also sincerely explained and apologized for the elevator failure, and was super enthusiastic and smiling. Really, who doesn't want to be happy every day when traveling! I will stay in this hotel again if I have the chance in the future!

The front desk staff, both dressed in distinctive attire, presented us with a white khata with a smile, creating a truly ceremonial welcome. This unique and moving welcome was truly heartwarming. The room was equally astonishing—spotlessly clean, the floor felt completely safe even on bare feet. Cleverly, the traditional ******* style is integrated with smart home technology. A simple ”lights on” command automatically opened the curtains, and voice-activated lighting and air conditioning were incredibly convenient. This fusion of tradition and modernity was truly a wonderful experience. Most reassuring was the service—they truly met our every need, responding promptly. This stay far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience ******* culture!

This is the smartest hotel we stayed in from Chengdu to Zuogong. There is no need to use room cards to scan faces to enter the room. All devices are controlled by voice. The room is equipped with a massage chair, which relieves the fatigue of the journey from Batang to Zuogong. The room is clean and tidy, and is equipped with two wireless charging stations. The only drawback is that the laundry room is a bit cold. Maybe there are fewer waiters working during the Spring Festival. The three young ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude. My husband has a little altitude sickness, and the young man helped with the luggage. He also prepared snacks when I went out in the morning. It was very thoughtful. If I come to Zuogong next time, I will choose to stay here again.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street and other attractions. It can be reached in a few minutes on foot. It is also very convenient to take a bus or take a taxi. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is warm and highly recommended.

The hotel's hardware facilities and services exceeded expectations. The front desk contacted the arrival time in advance and learned that the air conditioner and oxygen in the room were turned on in advance at night. When I arrived, the front hall was delivered to Rhodiola hot tea. The items in the cabinet could be used for free. The little brother also helped to send the luggage into the room. The suite booked this time is large and spacious, the bath water is large and hot, the living room has a massage chair to relieve fatigue, with two oversized TV series, even the bathroom is two independent. The breakfast on the 5th floor is also very rich, and I will choose to stay here next time I come to Zuogong!

I chose this place for my first motorcycle trip to Tibet. I felt like I was back home. The room was well-equipped. The front desk lady was very friendly and the service attitude was particularly good. Breakfast was single serving and you could increase the amount according to your needs. The location was also very close to the Potala Palace and it was very convenient to go anywhere. The beef sold in the store was also very delicious and the price was very affordable.
