The room is spacious, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. It's also not far from Hotan Second Street, so the location is super convenient! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Came here on a popular weekend, the hotel was fully booked. The location is easy to find with navigation. Parking is available at the guesthouse, though the alley can be a bit tricky to navigate. Since we drove, but parking was a hassle, we mostly used taxis to get around. The street outside is full of wholesale shops and is constantly congested. There are also many late-night food stalls in the evening. The room was very clean, and the showerhead was large with great water pressure, making for a comfortable shower (though it's an electric water heater, so it only supports one person showering at a time; the second person has to wait). Shampoo and shower gel (P&G Rejoice brand) were provided. There’s also a rooftop where you can dry clothes, which is very convenient! Pic 4 shows the exaggerated Xinjiang-style decor. The hotel's location is excellent, with metro and bus stations right nearby, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants in the vicinity. The room facilities are complete, with a wet and dry separation design, and the shower and toilet are even separated, which is very convenient. I stayed for four days, and every day the staff cleaned the room and replenished the disposables. The front desk lady was also very friendly and provided enthusiastic service. I'm very satisfied!

Traveling with my parents, I was looking for a hotel near the Grand Bazaar with a triple room so we could all have our own space. The hotel's location is fantastic; turn left for Jinquan Shopping Mall and right for the Grand Bazaar. Due to our itinerary, we arrived early in the morning. The staff checked room availability and, finding an empty room, immediately arranged for our check-in without a second thought. The room and beds were very spacious. Food delivery was handled by a robot, and we could see the Grand Bazaar right from our window. I highly recommend this place for groups of three. If you don't want to venture far for food, Jinquan has plenty of dining options, which is super convenient.

My family and I had an excellent stay at Ibis. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. When I had a special request they were able to be of good assistance. Breakfast was tasty and well presented with many good options. The location was excellent as it's right next to the entrance to the train station, about 50m away. That means taxis were very easy to get, and there is a 24h convenience store and food options in the same plaza. Taxi to the main city center was a quick 20 mins away. Highly recommend this hotel if you're considering it!

My friend and I (both from Ireland) stayed here for 4 days and had the best experience. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect- right in the Old Town with lots of nice shops and cafes nearby and beautiful places to take photos. The best part was the staff- everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It was really nice to meet lots of groups of travelers there from various countries, too. Would highly recommend!

I know the hotel probably doesn't care about reviews anymore, but their unprofessionalism was evident right from the airport pickup. It wasn't even the front desk that answered the phone when I tried to contact the hotel! Luckily, there was a pickup service at 12, which is why I'm giving a mediocre review. But if there's no pickup service at 12, why is it listed as available? The bed was a bit dirty, and the towels were old. It's 2026 now, and when my delivery arrived, it was just left in a corner downstairs, no call, no delivery robot. The security guards have a very 'politicized' vibe; I suggest giving them permanent government positions, so their attitude isn't wasted.

The room was incredibly spacious and bright, with amazing natural light! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered beautiful mountain views, and on clear days, you could see the snow-capped mountains perfectly. It was excellent value for money, and all the facilities were brand new. The tables and chairs in the courtyard were also perfect for relaxing. Waking up in the morning and opening the window to a panoramic view of greenery and distant snow-capped mountains truly lifted my spirits. The owner was also very kind, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. I'll definitely be back! Each room offers a unique view, and a mountain vista comes with every cup of tea. Here, open your window to the majestic snow mountains, and brew tea to the fragrant aroma. The guesthouse's environment is tranquil and elegant, with interior decor that is simple yet stylish. In your leisure, with tea as your companion, gaze at the distant snow mountains, and all worries melt away. This is truly the life one yearns for, highly recommended for friends seeking peace of mind!

How many people are dining? I'm not sure myself, but I highly recommend the Urumqi Meilihua Hotel. Its location is absolutely superb, right near the commercial district, making it incredibly convenient to get to attractions like the Grand Bazaar. The hotel environment is elegant and grand, with a stylish lobby design and clean, tidy public areas. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the cleanliness is impeccable – not a speck of dust in the corners. The linens are soft, and the entire room is smart-controlled with plenty of charging ports, showing meticulous attention to detail. The front desk staff proactively offers local travel tips, making you feel warm and trusted. The value for money is outstanding, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would wholeheartedly choose this place again for future trips.

It's very close to Xiangfei Garden, and the hotel looks quite new, but the rooms are too small. I booked a double room, and I had to find a good angle to open my suitcase. The table in the room is against three walls, and there are no lights on the ceiling. If you want to read there, you need to bring your own light source, otherwise your eyes will hurt. The toilet seat is also misaligned, and things keep falling from the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, but the waterproof strip on the door is broken, so water still leaks out. The soundproofing is also not very good. With the door closed, I can clearly hear the sound of other rooms swiping their room cards. The most outrageous thing is that my room included an upgrade service, and I also noted that I wanted a quiet room when I booked. However, I was given a room right next to the elevator. It was so close that if the elevator door opened outwards like a normal door, it would completely block the room when it opened. I could clearly hear everyone entering and exiting the elevator. If this was an upgraded room, it's hard to imagine what the un-upgraded room was like.
