First time booked & stayed in this hotel, locality very convenient, room is cozy & bed was comfortable to filled my night, the stuffs is helpful & polite, full of eatery surroundings & till late night. Very enjoyable, will staying in this great hotel again next time & definitely will recommend to other..👍👍

Living in room 206, encountering four problems, each will cause a bad review. 1. The reservation on Trip.com shows a room with a window (see attached picture), and the actual window is blocked (see attached picture). 2. There is fan noise starting at 6:51 in the morning, which is a fixed noise without telling the guests (not the noise on the side of the road, the guests should know). 3. The washing machine did not tell you that underwear and socks can not be said. On October 25, at 21:55, the washing machine No. 2 was washed, and there were underwear and socks in the laundry. 4. When I left the store, I scanned the parking code and did not succeed. The front desk clerk used his mobile phone to help scan and did not succeed. I told him to wait for a while. I came over and told him when I left (because I needed to organize my luggage, I couldn’t go immediately. I was worried about the security guard waiting for a long time). I went to the front desk before driving and told the security guard, but the car arrived at the road gate without security to lift the bar. After a while, there were many cars blocked. I could give up the position in a narrow place before the road gate, so that other cars passed unsafely. I called the front desk and the security ran over to lift the bar.

The hotel's exterior environment is pretty good, with small wooden houses and beautiful flowers and plants. The room cost more than 1,000 yuan a night, but the interior of the room was similar to that of an 80-yuan express hotel. The toilet smelled bad, and the pillow smelled bad. I didn't sleep well all night. I ordered a big plate of chicken in the restaurant, which was the worst big plate of chicken I have ever eaten in my life. I have been in Xinjiang for more than ten days, and Hemu had the worst experience. In addition, when checking out, the waiter's attitude was stiff, which gave people a bad feeling.

Hotel is at the good location and not far from subway and brt station . Price is competitive with the other around this area . WiFi is very poor and you cannot access China mobile signal in the room too . There is only one elevator which always problem during my stay . If you need any budget hotel at the Urumqi center area this hotel will be your choice

This hotel is located at a T-junction, single 2-way lane and a one way lane. The surrounding is not impressive but convenient to get local food and drinks (beer especially) and go around. The room is spacious enough and the clean bed linen gives us a good night sleep. Breakfast is typically Chinese style, soya bean drinks, porridge, boiled eggs and cooked food. No bread and coffee is provided. Nevertheless we stayed there for 10 nights.

We was staying 3 nights at the hotel. It's location is quite convenient, near to train station as well as Wanda plaza and food street. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, worth for price we paid. We don't mind to stay here again in our next trip.

WiFi is very poor and you cannot access China mobile signal in the room too . There is only one elevator which always problem during my stay . The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.
