The accommodation was very clean! That's a huge plus. However, what I really have to complain about is the lack of an independent way to cool or heat the room. In May, the rooms were extremely warm. At the front desk, I was told that the air conditioning runs centrally and cannot be controlled, and that I should just open the windows. Their comment: you can't expect more from a budget hotel. 1. Only 1 out of 2 windows actually opened. 2. This meant you could hear all the train traffic, including ambulances. Not for light sleepers. Also, the reception wasn't very friendly that day. Other than that, though, it was okay.

The location is very convenient, just minutes from the main fire station. The staff are very friendly, and they offer luggage storage. Today is Easter, and they even gave us bunny-shaped chocolates. A hidden gem hotel!

I had a nice stay here overall. The location is excellent, being very close to the train station. A huge highlight was the wonderful service—the lady at the desk was incredibly nice and proactively shared helpful traffic updates regarding the event happening nearby. However, the facilities are quite dated. For instance, both the towel hanging bar and the toilet roll holder were loose and shaking. With a few maintenance updates, this would be a top-tier place to stay!

Excellent stay at the Stayery. It's a walk or short bus ride from the main train station, and is very conveniently located near Neumarkt, surrounded by many restaurants, shops and kiosks. Check in and out processes were digital and completely fast and easy. The room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely designed! Kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, but be prepared to bring buy own oil and seasonings. Highly recommend.

It was really uncomplicated and lovely. The man at reception was very nice. When we ordered food and needed glasses and cutlery, we got them right away, and he wished us bon appétit. That's not always the case in other hotels. The room was also clean and nice; they didn't have large glasses, but it was okay. They even had bowls for dogs and paw drying racks, which I thought was really nice. But if my dog ​​wasn't with me, I would recommend it. It was also good value for the price. What was really great was that the Rewe supermarket was 5 minutes away in the CCL shopping center, the train was 6 minutes away, and the S-Bahn (suburban train) was 8 minutes away by bus (two stops) and 10 minutes on foot.

Ideal for business travelers or for longer stays where you need a bit more space and independence. The location is convenient: good public transport connections and not far from the city center. I particularly appreciated the quiet surroundings and the option to cook for myself. The service is friendly, however, there is no daily cleaning – it's geared more towards longer stays. Parking is available, but there is a charge. The price is a bit higher than a standard hotel, but you get significantly more space and comfort. In conclusion: Highly recommended for business trips and long-term stays. If you expect hotel service every day, you should be aware of this – otherwise, it's a top choice for modern temporary living.

We were welcomed warmly upon arrival and given an equally warm farewell. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The air conditioning is good by European standards. As Asians, we generally prefer cooler room temperatures, but in all honesty, this hotel was noticeably cooler than the Maritim Bonn Hotel. The room is comparable to a typical airport hotel, compact but comfortable. Making it ideal for an overnight stay or for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring rather than staying in the hotel. We especially loved the convenient location and the outstanding service. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would gladly return.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The location was excellent, and the facilities were modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, and the overall experience was relaxing and pleasant. While there is some room for improvement regarding cleanliness, it did not significantly affect my stay. The excellent service, comfortable atmosphere, and great amenities made up for it. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

What was fantastic: most receptionists were great. Only the last evening not so good as the person was couldnt give me clear information about what I could get for a packed breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding: selection, variety and abundance. Coffee was tepid. Not once was it hot and same for ”hot” water. The hotel is situated on a crossing. Traffic was loud. I could ”just” handle it but spoke to other guests who said it simply was too loud. I loved that i could opt out from having my room cleaned. The room was bigger than I expected. Nice presentation.

My only suggestion is that they should at least send the check-in instructions a day in advance. The main door has a passcode then when you get inside a computer for self-check-in will provide the key. The computer cannot find your reservation details unless its already 3pm. Maybe the machine is not programmed well enough to set the activation time of the key unlike in other hotels that key cards are activated for 3pm til 11am. Unless this is improved, it is important to send them a message if you are arriving before 3pm; even if its 2:30pm!
