We had to clean the drain in the bathroom ourselves, as the water wouldn't run down and out of the grate... Pretty bad... The room was otherwise nice and clean... There was no sofa arrangement in the room, as it was otherwise shown on pictures on Trip.com...
Facilities: No kettle, separate wet and dry toilets, a bit like folk customs. Soundproofing is average, earplugs are required, and the elevator is very slow.
Hygiene: Found a towel left by a previous customer, nothing else is wrong.
Environment: In the city, surrounded by restaurants, close to the central station, 7 minutes walk, convenient for travel.
Service: No highlights, simple breakfast, fortunately did not choose.
Location is near airport, room is clean and tidy. Although it' was hot and without AC, the hotel provides each room a small fan, and it is feeling cool enough during sleep. Staffs are friendly.
Overall not bad, very small room. Surrounded by small villas, there is also a beautiful little lake, very clean. Not far from the small train station. The Thai restaurant next to it is not clean, there are flies, and the spoon has not been cleaned.
Excellent: clean, comfortable, modern design, good location, prompt support
Improve: app for check-in and entry into building, the apartment was not available to use without a call to support
Good hotel right next to central station and the metro and walking distance from the main city. The room was small but to be expected for the price, everything needed was provided, but daily cleaning service was just making the bed, tea, coffee and cups were not replaced in the 3 days we were there. Also the temperature was very up and down and we couldn’t seem to control it. Breakfast was generally good but the hot food was a bit lacking, very basic egg and bacon and very limited for me as I don’t eat dairy. Taps were too low to refill water bottles but staff were happy to do this for us.
The hotel is not bad, the location is relatively biased, there is a Chinese supermarket downstairs but it is too late, I have to go and have no time to see. The room is simple and the whole season is similar to our economy.
Had a great stay at the Comfort Hotel Copenhagen! The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were generally helpful. The location was perfect for a quick night stay before flight the next morning. Able to view sun rise before check out.

GGuest UserGreat location - very close to centre of the city and food market. Staff is really helpful. There is also good lobby and bar inside the hotel. The size of standard rooms is really small so it will be inconvenient for tourist with a lot of suitcases)
GGuest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe.
However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold.
And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering.
There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk.
If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.
RRIsapVery nice staff, good location and cool interior. Within a walk distance you can enjoy the lovely beach and supermarkets. The studio was quite big and the equipment was pretty good. The bathroom setup was a bit surprising that you should be careful not to flood the room while you shower. All in all very satisfied we stayed there!
GGuest UserStaff was friendly. Only reason we chose this hotel was because it's near the airport, We practically walked there as it was a straight 15 to 20min walk to Terminal 2. It's near to bus stops. Had quite some restaurants and a netto outside. Nothing to expect from this basic hotel. We got an old room, just make sure you don't have high expectation for it and know what you are booking then it's fine, some parts of the curtains were torn with holes, has a coffee table but no chair. Luggage area was not usable as it was broken. But there was the dressing table that we could use that has 1 chair so that works. Toilet was clean but it had some weird smell, kept the door close and we were fine. Well definitely not worth the money we paid but for the convenience to the airport and just to sleep a night it's alright, and I knew upfront what I've signed up for, so it is what it.
PProcessedfoodWe had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Copenhagen Ørestad. The location is fantastic, situated right outside the Bella Center metro station, making it incredibly convenient to travel around Copenhagen.
The staff were amazing—friendly and welcoming. We arrived early for check-in and were pleasantly surprised when they offered us an immediate check-in if we signed up for their free membership—a great perk!
Our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. While the hotel is slightly outside the city center, the modern, safe, and peaceful neighborhood made it a great place to stay. In fact, we enjoyed the area so much that we came back to explore and walk around even after moving to another hotel in the city.
This 3-star hotel exceeded expectations—we honestly found it better than many 4-star hotels in the city center. If you’re visiting Copenhagen, we highly recommend staying here for its great value, excellent service, and convenient location!
LlillyI stayed recently with my husband for 2 nites. The WiFi is non existent. We were allocated the attic room, maybe cos of that the wifi signal is v bad. The signal keeps dropping that it gets so frustrating we end up using our own data. Informed reception twice but it’s of no use, nothing is being done to rectify the issue.
The only saving grace of this hotel is the location which is near train station.

WWinnieChanNice staff and good location. Fast food shop downstairs and a big mall in 5-10min walk.
Breakfast could be better if pots of hot water and boiled eggs are provided instead of needing to queue up for(my eggs are taken by others) And as I stayed 6 nights, I so much wish there may be alternatives like sausage or vegetables, no need to be daily but maybe in alternate days.
Room are fine but I felt a bit itchy while sleep, wondering if it is clean enough.

KKK6767good sized apartment very close to the airport. luggage storage was very useful for early flight arrival. all the basic amenities were present, and place is clean. gym pass for the gym downstairs was a bonus.
Just two points to note
1. be aware that there's construction work going on at the external facade. drilling and hacking will start around 830am. for early risers its ok, but it did wake us up especially after a long flight with time differences and hoping to catch some sleep on the first night.
2. the shower area didn't have a curtain and just an immobile top spray, which resulted in wet floors. not separate shampoo and conditioner. just one unmarked bottle of watery liquid. had to buy own shower foam, shampoo and conditioner.
