Functional for a Layover, But Bare-Bones in If you just need a place to crash during a long layover, this hotel serves its purpose, but don't expect any ”extras.” It is a functional choice for proximity to the airport, and that is about where the perks end. The Downsides: Missing Amenities: The room is strictly ”no-frills.” There is no kettle, no coffee-making facilities, and absolutely no toiletries provided. Basic Bathroom: The bathroom setup is incredibly sparse. There wasn't even a floor mat, which made the space feel unfinished and led to a slippery floor after showering. Mediocre Breakfast: The morning spread was underwhelming. It’s edible, but certainly not a highlight of the stay. The Verdict: It’s a fine spot if you are arriving late and leaving early, but the lack of basic comforts makes it hard to recommend for anything longer than a quick night's sleep.

Easy check in and check out. Booked because of the proximity to the airport. Only downside is there isn’t a shuttle service available for the airport and the train station is pretty far. Overall the short stay was good and easy to get to the airport by cab.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, occupying 3 different rooms due to separate bookings. My experience varied depending on the room type. For the smaller room, the condition was quite disappointing — the carpet was dirty with many dark stains, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. The room itself felt cramped. Also, do note that basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo are not provided, so it’s best to bring your own. There were no robes or slippers either. For the larger room, the experience was slightly better. It came with a coffee machine (though strangely, no kettle). However, the lighting was still minimal — no ceiling lamps, just a few dim lights. I’m not sure if that’s typical for Denmark, but it felt a bit unusual to me. On the positive side, I really loved the location. It’s in a convenient area, close to grocery stores, in a calm and peaceful neighborhood with no noise pollution. Overall, the surroundings were lovely even though the room conditions could be improved.

Our stay at the Savoy Hotel in Copenhagen was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal for exploring the city – many attractions, restaurants, and the central station are all within easy walking distance. The hotel has a special charm, blending a cozy atmosphere with stylish design. The friendly and helpful staff truly stood out; they were always available to answer questions and fulfill requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a city trip. Overall, the Savoy Hotel offers excellent value for money and is a clear recommendation for anyone visiting Copenhagen.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from Copenhagen central station. It is really convenient. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and many restaurants around the area. You would not regret it.

After I saw google reviews, I was a bit scared about the bugs, but the appartment was completely clean and in perfect conidition, as a feedback, I would put better pillows, and room 1 it's a bit noisy due to the garage from the home next door. Also the entrance has a machine that create a bit of noise, but the rest was excellent.

The hotel's location and service were quite good, and the staff were very helpful. However, as soon as I entered the room, I knew there were issues. Firstly, the bed had no blackout curtains, making it hard to sleep due to the light. Secondly, the bathroom was dirty; seeing fecal stains was truly unappetizing. Thirdly, the shower room was incredibly small, I mean really, really small.

Excellent value for money hotel. Very well located, just a few hundred meters from Central Station and Tivoli Gardens in the Vesterbro district. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. They offer a delicious breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price for Copenhagen. The staff is very friendly. They also have bike rentals at a good price and a free luggage storage service. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the closet was small and inconvenient. A hairdryer was provided. There were two beautiful lamps, but nowhere to plug them in. One power outlet didn't work, leaving only one functional outlet to charge a phone. A mini-fridge was also present, but there was no available outlet for it. The TV had a poor signal, though YouTube was accessible. The shared bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water, soap, and shampoo. Cleanliness was perfect; our towels were changed. There was no physical staff at the front desk. We encountered an issue with the entry code, which was resolved via the doorbell's intercom system. This place is definitely geared towards tech-savvy guests! I had internet access but no phone signal to receive the SMS confirmation required for online check-in. Luckily, they assisted us via the intercom, and we managed to sort everything out.

GGuest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe. However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold. And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering. There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk. If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

GGuest UserThis hotel is right in the city center, which isn't ideal for major attractions, but it was super convenient for where I needed to go (Copenhagen University). It's entirely self-service. My room was in a separate small building in the courtyard, so I ended up dragging my suitcase around the main building for twenty minutes before I found it! 😅 The room had a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and a fridge, which was great for cooking. However, there was a strong food smell every time I opened the fridge, and my duvet also had a very noticeable food smell near the head area. I had to turn it around to sleep at night. 😭 The hotel doesn't offer room cleaning services; if you want it cleaned or linens changed, you have to pay extra. The only seating in the entire room was a small sofa under the TV, and I kept bumping my head on the TV – it wasn't very practical. It really could use another chair. Still, for Copenhagen, the price of this hotel was quite cheap.

NNaing Min OoIt’s a cozy and amazing place, located just outside the metro. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The staff are very friendly, and they even offer complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby — which is great, considering a coffee in Copenhagen usually costs around $8. Here, it’s free and served with a smile. The heater also works really well; for Asians who don’t like the cold, it can go all the way up to 29°C. Thank you to all the staff — my stay was truly wonderful.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at our Mekano Apartment. I highly recommend it or any of the other Nord Collection properties based on their wonderful service. We arrived very late at night but thanks to detailed directions, we were easily able to find the apartment. The place was very clean, very safe and they kindly stocked coffee pods and tea. There is a Circle K right next door so we were easily able to grab a few things for the morning. The location couldn't have been better for us as it was half way between the central hub of Copenhagen and our friend's place. The Metro station is about a 3-5 min walk, the train runs every few minutes so we never had to wait and it is a direct ride (maybe 10 minutes) into the city center. Very convenient. There is also a fantastic coffee house right near the metro station as well as a grocery store. I am so happy that I found this property and look forward to staying again on any future trip to Copenhagen.

It is a short walk from the large shopping mall and there is a 10-15. The hotel is very comfortable. Breakfast is also great. It is the most convenient for business trips.
