The room is relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner cannot adjust the wind speed, and it is a bit noisy. The hotel has a good environment, the garden is large, and the swimming pool is quite satisfactory. Located in a hot spring town, it produces many brands of mineral water. The most famous is that the Vichy Catalony, Hotel belongs to the Water Factory Group. The hotel has its own chapel and can organize activities. Breakfast is not very good, there are few choices.

The bathroom is clean and has a hairdryer and shower gel. The service staff are friendly and can speak English. The hotel provides breakfast, which includes a croissant, an apple and a bottle of water. The location is a bit remote, but there are supermarkets and express buses to Barcelona about 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Arriving at the hotel, the employee behind the counter was very friendly. The hotel itself has a good location for when you are traveling. It’s pretty basic but has anything you need when roadtripping. It has a supermarket next to it and also a little fridge to keep drinks cold. It also has a tv with Google Chromecast so you can stream from your phone. The airco in the room did his work - which was needed, outside temperature was about 38/39 degrees - and the room looked clean. It was a spacious room but I think the room was also for disabled given the shower with aids. It was room number 1. We went to the Monegros Festival on Saturday and the hotel is located about 30 minutes from it so a perfect base to go from here. I would recommend. The hotel really could use an outside pool give the temperatures in Lleida in the summer but it is what it is …

So beautiful and peaceful place. First time in Tarragona. And we are so happy that we chose this hotel. Petfriendly. And our french bulldog got treats pack that was made by people with disabilities. Everything was super clean, and the service was outstanding. You can feel the attention to detail in every corner. Would definitely come back!

The hotel is very well located, in front of the shopping center and with plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious with standard furniture. The bathroom is very clean and with tiles that do not show the passage of time, it is not yellowish or full of mold, it is white and very good although it is not modern, but it looks clean and adequate. The bad thing is some finishes like the shower faucet that is broken and falls, or the towel hanger that is all broken... things like that are small details that don't cost anything to change and you wouldn't see the damage. The rooms do not have a coffee maker or anything like that to make coffee. There is a dryer and some industrial soap to wash.

The breakfast is great. The soccer bar has a signed Messi jersey on display, which is a great atmosphere for soccer fans. However, the hallways are noisy at night, which may be difficult for Japanese people to handle. It's summer time. On the other hand, you can hear the sounds of the waves, birds, and guitars from your room, which is great.

Although the hotel is located far from Barcelona, the hotel itself is nice. There's a large supermarket nearby, and a small bar that's open late. I had a great stay at half the price of downtown Barcelona. However, the trains to the city center were always full, making the commute back and forth a bit tedious.

GGuest UserOn arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

GGuest UserPleasant Surprise in the Heart of Barcelona Rating:4/5 Stars Date of Stay:August 2024 --- Summary: We had a short break in Barcelona this week and were looking for a clean, well-located room, and that’s exactly what we got. The Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise and definitely shouldn’t be judged by its facade—we were truly impressed. Room: Our room on the sixth floor was spacious for a city hotel and had all the amenities you’d expect. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the pillows were firm and supportive—none of those mushy, overly soft ones you often find in hotels. The bathroom was well-equipped, though it might be a bit tight for larger guests. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned regularly, and any requests we had were promptly addressed. The pool area was also well-maintained, and the shower room available on our departure day was spotless, making our stay even more comfortable. Service: The service was reasonable overall. The staff managed multiple tasks at once, and although they sometimes appeared a bit stressed, they were always prompt, polite, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Location: The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. It’s within easy walking distance of Barceloneta, Port Vell, and the El Born district. Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the train station, which made our day trip to Sitges incredibly convenient. Facilities: The hotel’s rooftop pool is a nice feature, with about 14 chairs available for sunbathing. The area gets busy in the mid-afternoon, especially when the summer sun is at its peak. The pool itself is a perfect size for a quick cool-down after exploring the city. Food and Drink: We had breakfast included with our booking, which offered all the basics you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. It was a good way to start the day and provided enough variety to fuel up before heading out. Value for Money: The Park Hotel offered excellent value for money, given its location, comfort, and amenities. Tips/Recommendations: This hotel is ideal if you enjoy a trendy food and cocktail scene combined with the bustling beach atmosphere. It’s a great base for exploring the best of what Barcelona has to offer. We would definitely return to the Park Hotel on our next visit to Barcelona.

GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly friendly and the welcome was warm. We received excellent tips for exploring Lisbon. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a complimentary bottle of water, a kettle, and tea. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches at check-in, such as candies, small pastries, and refreshing lemonades.

GGuest UserWhat I liked: Location, staff (cheerful and friendly), cleanliness of the room. What I didn't like: When going to each floor, I had to wait a few seconds for the classical door to open (a bit of a hassle). Soundproofing (I couldn't sleep because I could hear loud conversations from the next room or in the hallway. This is unavoidable given the building's age.) What I didn't like: Free food and drinks 24 hours a day (there were some tasty breakfast items, but they were pricey). For all the above, those looking for a four-star or higher hotel may be disappointed, but those looking for value for money or just a good night's sleep will likely be very satisfied.

AAnonymous UserI was very satisfied with my stay here. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around; it's within walking distance to the subway station and major attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The front desk service was professional and efficient, with smooth communication. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for short trips or business travel. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

__WeChat59631****First off, it's located in an alley. While the alley is cleaned every morning, it still tends to be a bit messy and dirty. One day, right after leaving the hotel, I even heard foreigners getting robbed right outside. The hotel's hygiene is pretty subpar. The room reminded me of a 200-300 RMB hotel in China, so paying over 2000 for a night felt completely not worth it. Plus, the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear conversations from the next room. The room window opens directly onto a residential building, so when you open it, you see people's laundry hanging, and you can practically see into their homes. If someone in the building is cooking, the cooking fumes waft straight into your room, making the whole place stuffy. The room had a noticeable amount of dust and a musty smell. I booked it in advance without knowing the situation and stayed for a few days, but every day I just wanted to check out and move somewhere else. Its only advantage might be its convenient location and good transport links in Barcelona, but that also implies it's not a very safe area. All in all, for this price, you could easily book a much better 4-star hotel or higher!

GGuest UserHotel near Barcelona Airport. The advantages include a fitness center and an outdoor pool included in the price, a room with a large desk, and a very friendly reception staff. The impression is spoiled by the old and dirty carpet in the hallway, as well as the fact that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service, and the nearest bus stop (for night and early morning bus) is 1.4 km away. If you’re flying during the day, I would definitely recommend this place!

SShijiaxineryaHighly recommend this hotel! I initially booked it because the price was so attractive, and I admit I was a little worried about the quality. But after checking in, I was pleasantly surprised! It's located right in the city center, very close to both metro and bus stations. Shopping is incredibly convenient nearby – there's even a Zara store right downstairs, which was a nice bonus! You'll find many well-known brands nearby, like Ralph Lauren and Lululemon. It's also very close to major attractions such as the Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà, and Plaça Catalunya. The area also boasts numerous dining options. I found the surrounding area to be quite safe. Even though it got dark after 9 PM, there were always plenty of people around at night, which made me feel secure.
