Ten minutes from the airport with great seaside views. The room has an industrial style, clean and practical, and breakfast is filling. It's not bad for a business trip. The only downside is the poor soundproofing, which is a common issue in European hotels.

We stayed at B&B Alicante Centro for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience.
The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the main tourist area, which made it very convenient to explore the city without needing transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus.
However, the main downside was the very poor sound insulation. You could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, our room was located next to the elevator, so there was constant noise from people coming and going.
Despite these issues, the stay was decent thanks to the great location and cleanliness.

Travelodge Alicante Puerto – Budget-Friendly and Practical for a Short Stay
I stayed at Travelodge Alicante Puerto for one night and found it to be a solid, no-frills option that does exactly what it says on the tin.
The main thing to be aware of is location. The hotel is around a 20-minute walk from Alicante Old Town, so it’s slightly out of the way compared to hotels right in the historic centre. However, this distance is clearly reflected in the price, which is noticeably lower than many Old Town hotels. If you don’t mind a bit of walking or are happy to use local buses or taxis, this isn’t really an issue and can actually be quite convenient if you prefer a quieter area.
The hotel itself felt modern, clean and functional. Check-in was straightforward, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. My room was simple but comfortable, with a good bed, a decent bathroom and plenty of space for luggage. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was perfectly adequate for a short overnight stay, especially if you’re just passing through Alicante.
I didn’t take breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food offering, but there are local cafés and convenience stores nearby if you prefer to eat out. The area around the hotel also feels safe and easy to navigate, which is important if you’re arriving or leaving at unusual hours.
Overall, I would recommend Travelodge Alicante Puerto if you’re looking for affordable, reliable accommodation in Alicante and don’t mind being a little outside the main tourist zone. It’s particularly good for one-night stays, early flights, or budget-conscious travellers who want comfort without paying Old Town prices.

Hotel well, but the very unfriendly and unresolute staff, I had a mistake when booking and they didn't help me at all, they gave me the number to contact people who could solve it and they didn't even take my phone, They gave me another number and was of a particular person, very unresolute and uncomprehensive because as a hotel where I booked you should have a means of contact where to solve these problems and not wash your hands so easily.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

My first place right after I landed in Valencia. Very close to the Valencia Airport. I love how the Bonaire Shopping Centre is 2 minutes away so if you want some food variety or do some last minute shopping for a EU Sim, just walk over and they have everything.
The room was good sized, which is enough for myself since I spent most of the day walking around. They are environmentally conscious, which is a big plus for me.
The staff were very accommodating, helping me out with scanning some documents, especially Valentina, Adrian, who understood and communicated in English without me having to resort to using Google Translate.
Overall, it felt like a premium hotel and I am glad that I got to experience a bit of Valencia with the helpfulness of the staff

Excellent location, right in the City of Arts. The front desk service is great, and the receptionist speaks Spanish, so communication is no problem. I recommend staying there when the price is low!

Guest UserThe hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

Guest UserGreat location! It's in an excellent part of the city, right by the metro station. The rooms are new, modern, clean, and bright. The staff are polite, and there's a pool and fitness center. It's very cozy and quiet. For the price, it's an excellent place to stay! I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat at the hotel. Overall, I recommend it. The value for money is perfect.
