The hotel is conveniently located—a 5-minute walk from the train station and an 8-minute walk to Place Kléber. The rooms are warm in winter and feature heated towel rails. Breakfast is good, lasting a long time from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., and they gave us a wonderful breakfast box for an early checkout. This hotel is perfectly located, right in the city center of Mulhouse. The staff is very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet is good, although the variety could be improved a bit. The room was very comfortable, with clean sheets and everything you need. There were a few signs of moisture or mold in the kitchen area, but that’s understandable due to frequent use—especially if you plan to cook there. Parking can be a bit tricky to find nearby, but overall, I highly recommend this place for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Mulhouse.

The staff provided excellent service. There was no air conditioning in the room, but the staff kindly brought up a fan for me. The room was quite spacious, beautiful, and charming, though the amenities were a bit limited. Breakfast wasn’t very varied, but it was acceptable. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the shower had strong water pressure.

Everything was very good. We stayed one night; for more, a little more storage space would have been nice. We drove around a bit to get there; the GPS didn't give us directions to the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very well served.

For those who want to be in the center of Reims it is perfectly located. However be aware that you will be in the middle where it's happening, and you will hear the noise through the window. Staff are friendly. Room was ok, it was a quite old and small but clean. The choice for breakfast was limited, make sure you go before 8am otherwise you will have limited choice.

Great location between the train station and the Christmas market (main town). The morning-shift staff made me feel a little uncomfortable, they didn’t allow me to bring my small luggage into the breakfast room which I understood, but afterward two men (different time/room) were allowed to bring their checked luggage and sat right next to me that made me wonder why.. But despite that, the stay was really good

Close to the station, friendly staff. Breakfast is okay (not great, but not shabby either). Bikes can be left in the garage. It's close to the city center. You can hear the trains, of course, but that depends on how light your sleep is.

We were on the transit and we sleeped here one night, great hotel for this, but for a few days to explore the environment with your own car also great, we had a studio, spacious room with kitchenette and table and 2 seats.
