Lovely view of the lake, much prefer not having a crappy breakfast included in the price, room was spotless, nice shower, decent desk/workspace. Two minor negatives: the TV was teeny tiny and the placement of it really affected the work space when set up with a laptop, mouse etc. Secondly there was a pretty unpleasant smell at the top of the stairs like stale fish. That's nitpicking though, it was an absolutely lovely stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

On arrival greeting was welcoming and informative Told everything I needed to know has it was only a bed for the night ,till I asked for food places and was told yes 10mins away and that was it so good old googles map to the rescue Quite Clean just dated a little carpet could do with replacing

Still the cheapest hotel in the area but unfortunately it attracts weird people- people who wander the corridors at night slamming doors , having zero regard for other guests. On arrival in the lobby there was a bad smell and the only two armchairs in the lobby looked like someone has wet themselves on them. Shower head was broken as was the TV in my room. The only thing that saved me was reliable WiFi. Very disappointed in the quality of this hotel rapidly dropping

The location for me was perfect as I needed to be close to the hospital. It’s also close to bus stops into the centre and with a car you can reach destinations around the city fast. The room is as shown in photos and is very well equipped for a hotel of this category. The wine glasses and tumblers chilling in the fridge were welcome! I found the room to be very clean and well kept. There was good storage, plenty of sockets including a couple of USB ports which is handy.The views of the marina were very nice and added character. The people I met whilst staying were friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay and had two good nights rest. I’d certainly book there again.

The hotel is near motorway services which makes it a convenient location. Staff were polite. The room was basic and in need of some paint. The mattress on the bed was lumpy which made it difficult to sleep. A restless but quiet night.

Stayed here for a convention. It's an absolutely fine place to stay. The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and cool - the shower was great. It's not anywhere central, but fine if you don't mind ordering in for dinner or getting food there (it will be a bit pricey). Staff was pleasant, seemed a little understaffed but nothing that ruined anything too much. Breakfast was great quality and covers all the essentials to choose from. The choice of rooms for the convention is great, so much space in all the areas! Never had a problem with neighbor noise. Overall, recommended. Nothing spectacular but still a good choice.

Stayed for Silverstone visit, actually, easy to uber/take bus from and to the bus station to the race track. Pretty good price and cozy. Definitely good for a family visit

Party central. Good location right in the centre of town. Beautiful old beamed inn. Good breakfast. We stayed Friday and Saturday and our room overlooked the high street. Customers sitting at tables on the street below our windows, which we couldn’t open because of the cigarette smoke drifting upwards. Friday night is live band night. Very good band, loud, finished dead on 11pm. Saturday, customers outside chatting and drinking until 2am Sunday morning.

Hotel great location Room ok bed rock hard and low could feel the springs through the mattress every time you moved the springs creaked so not the best sleep kettle was filthy bathroom mouldy dirty marks on the sofa and the chair looked like someone had spilled something on it not clean Ironing board filthy and the iron stunk when using it of mouldy dirty water Breakfast ok
